The food was amazing for the price point. Very cheap, $11-$15 for combo plate. The best that we have had in a long time. It was not very busy and the portion sizes were extremely generous. I’d pass on the soup but really enjoyed the General Tsos and Sweet and Sour chicken.

My husband and I love Red Apple! They have amazing food and that’s not just my opinion, my executive Chef husband Carl who has worked at 5 star resorts and and served incredible people such as Ozzy Osbourne, Anna Nicole Smith and President George Bush and many others LOVES their FOOD! Our favorite thing is having a drink at the bar before ordering. The customers are great and the bartender makes a mean Long Island, iced tea!

It’s a great place to play a few games of pool, cheapest tables in Stayton; only 50¢ a game everywhere else is 75¢ or more, or gamble if that’s your thing. Jukebox has a good variety on it. Not a big fan of Chinese food but the people I went with said it was great. Service was ok they only had 1 bartender, so I’m sure if she had help things would have been smoother.

First time trying Red Apple yesterday. Ordered the #10 with General Tsao’s chicken. Got there at opening and had a minimal wait. Great food for an awesome price. Possibly my new favorite Chinese Restrauant.

First time trying Red Apple and it was absolutely delicious. We ordered the garlic pepper salted chicken, orange chicken, and fried rice. Everything was tasty! Prices are good and customer service is great. Would definitely come back next time I visit Oregon.

They are take out only. Dinning in requires going into the bar next door. You’re still given a take out bag, but they’ll let you sit at the bar or one of the folding tables near the dance floor. The staff were all nice, but Safeway has much better Chinese food.

Ate there yesterday at about 4pm. Fast and friendly service. Food was absolutely terrible! I had the #9 combination, and my friend had the #10 combination, so we tried many different things between the 2 plates. BBQ pork was fresh and tender but did not taste like BBQ pork, it had a very cheap orange flavor. Fried shrimps were good. The sauce on the sweet and sour chicken tasted very syrupy and cheap with a strange orange flavor. My kung pao chicken was horrible, tasted like syrup that had turned. And my friends general Tsao’s chicken was covered in a very thick sauce that looked like BBQ sauce but tasted unlike any sauce I have ever tried. Portions were decent for the price, but the food was absolutely horrendous! And I got majorly stomach sick from what I did eat. We left majority of our food and will never return. Worst food I have tasted in a very long time. A definite waste of $30.
