I was in town on business and had mentioned that I had went to Miami Grill. Was great food. They said if I wanted better I should try Real Deal. I glanced at the reviews and mentioned MG had a better rating. They replied back for me to read the negative comments. After reading I felt compelled to meet this horrible person mentioned so frequently with a one star rating. I admit it was tough to order as a first timer but once that was done we laughed together reading through the one star reviews and a few more after the food was up. Delicious. Next time I’m town I’ll be back. Onion rings were excellent as well.

Our cheesesteak consisted of Provolone Cheese with extra onions and hot cherry peppers. We got take out as that’s pretty much what is available. We took it home to add Rau’s Italian Margarita pizza sauce since that’s the closest to how we always ordered in Philly at Delassandro’s. Best steak sandwiches ever. Just delish.

First of all… everyone saying she’s mean, rude, or whatever clearly haven’t been up north or even left SC. . . That’s her nature lol. I guess compared to here, it may come off as aggressive but if you go to Philly, you’ll see that’s normalized lol. She’s not mean at all. Actually, I felt right at home. We started a conversation super easily. On top of that, she offered me kool-aid on the house. And babyyy… if you know you know lol. That kool-aid was perfect. On TOP of that the food was AMAAAAZING. Definitely was giving original Philly sub. I wanna go back so bad but I’m trying to spread out my visits lol. . . Go get the sub y’all lol. And give her some grace, she’s awesome.

The customer service at this place in Spartanburg was terrible. The female cashier was very rude and disrespectful. My first and last time going there. The owner needs to really do something about his daughter treating customers with so much disrespect.

Wish I could comment on the food but the lady sitting behind the counter was so rude, I left without ordering. If that’s the way you want to run your business, it’s no wonder no one was there at 5 pm on a Saturday night. Missed out on a $60 order and you’ll never get me as a customer again.

Mannnn best Philly around hands down but the lady at the front taking orders is just rude and unfriendly. Felt like she didn’t even want our business. Kind of killed it for me really. I love to find awesome new spots for food and as soon as we walked in the door felt unwelcomed. I probably won’t ever go back even tho the Philly I got was incredible.
