The food was pretty good but I finished my whole meal before my friend even got hers. While the food was pretty good, it is weird to eat your meal while the person across the table sits and waits for theirs. Waiter didn’t really apologize either or make it right. Won’t be back.

Tried several flavors of the wings they were all tasty and physical hot. The Buffalo challenge is about as hot as “red hot” sauce and delicious. Our food came out in a reasonable time and the waitress was helpful and friendly. The pizza and sandwiches are good too. I will be bringing my friends back..Update tried the pizza this time it was tasty and smoking hot, although it took 30mins to get our food, and there were only two maybe three tables with people at 1130. The Buffalo chicken salad was on the small side. Shrinkflation?Month or so later..took us 40m to get our food.

Ray’s is located at Turner Park in the Blackstone District. I was pleasantly surprised with the food quality as I’m usually not too impressed by sports bar food. Our group ordered a couple apps, wings, and tenders. The cheese curds were unlike any I’ve ever had. VERY lightly breaded so the cheese dominated the flavor, and very yummy. The onion rings super crunchy and I could actually taste the onion and not just breading. The tenders were awesome! Also very lightly breaded, tender, juicy and full of flavor. I opted for the Sweet Thai Chili sauce, which was the perfect combination of sweet and spicy.

The service was fine till I was prompted to give feedback about the food. Manager asked me how was the pizza. He got offended and rude when I said that the fries were awesome but the pizza I would not do again because it’s burned and needs more flavor in the marinara. His reply was “it’s cooked that way to be Buffalo style. In buffalo it’s cooked with a slight char. this is the first bad review I’ve ever had for my pizza. Everyone one else gives rave reviews. Sorry” and quickly went on his way without asking how to improve or offer anything to comp. and not the apologetic kind of “sorry.” It was the snappy and short “not our problem” condescending type of sorry. We won’t be back. This is not how to communicate with customers. I wasn’t rude or mean. I gave feedback and management chose to take it personally.

Went to Ray’s on a Wednesday night ($1 wing night). Had the Buffalo X Hot wings and they were fantastic. Possibly my favorite classic Buffalo sauce. Spicy enough to make your lips tingle and nose run but not so much that it covers the flavor of the wing. Atmosphere was awesome, it’s a great spot to watch a big game. Service was 5 stars. My waiter was Jamelle, who was on top of everything and very friendly. Prices were very reasonable too. I got 10 wings and two beers for $17, that’s as cheap as you can find wings at a restaurant now and they were very filling. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great sports bar!

Service was good. The atmosphere was what you’d expect from a sports bar. I got the saucy nugs. When ordering, I was informed the chicken was NOT tossed in the sauce. Instead, I had to dip them. The sauces were great – but I would expect a place known for wings would toss their boneless chicken.

Like the food a lot. Has many wing flavors. Some aren’t that good. Like the Jerk wings. But I have been still going. They have char buff wings. They have a burger that has a little kick O so good. The only thing that is bad. Is everytime I have gone. The same server or bartender gives off a vibe that she doesn’t want to be there. But the food brings me back. Their meat lovers pizza is pretty much amazing.

The food here was pretty alright and it was ready when they said it would. We got some chicken tenders, saucy nuggs, fries, and cheese curds. The sauce for the chicken was good but it was fairly light on breading so it was almost like you were just eating regular chicken chunks. The curds were pretty good, same with the fries. Overall it was a fairly typical bar food experience, nothing special.

Bone in wings were A+, makes my top 5 list….but that’s all you should come here for. Chicken tenders were super dry and chewy. The pizza roll appetizer was sent back because it was still frozen in the middle, and once cooked properly-they weren’t anything mouth-watering. Onion rings were crunchy and good.
