It you want the best cheesesteak or sub around – look no further. Ray’s is THE BEST. We are never disappointed. Every time we try somewhere else, we completely regret not just sticking with Ray’s because they are always consistently awesome. We used to live in NE Philly and Ray’s cheesesteak tops all the local known spots and their subs are the perfect balance of bread, meat and toppings. Add the French fries or wings, you can’t go wrong honestly. Love Ray’s!

To be fair, I ordered a pretty generic meal. Cheesesteak sub, but in a wrap. Ordered take-out. By the time we got back to the truck, it was soggy enough to be considered a protected swampland that would give the bayou a run for it’s money. Which, mind you, is NOT a deal breaker for me. Feeling like an inconvenience while ordering and waiting for my food on the other hand, is a bit of a different story. Oh and It had a bit of an “oriental nail salon” type vibe, that was hard to shake. Only, I couldn’t tell if they were talking about me, or the less than enthusiastic, grain of Minit rice that made it’s way into the Paella.

I’ve never experienced customer service from this establishment before, until my last visit. I placed a medium size order. Gentleman read it back to me; 3 things were incorrect on it. I went back over the ordwr. And he said ‘ okay got it’ and he fixed it. I sent my brother to go pick the order up. Which he saw they gave me mozzarella fries and NOT sticks. So he went back in. They told him they couldn’t take the food back and he has to buy mozzarella sticks. Also, we only ordered 2 pizzas. They gave us 3 and charged for 3.
