Our open-flame steakhouse weaves inspiration from those that once laid claim to the Las Vegas strip. On the menu, cuts of dry-aged ribeyes, Snake River Farms American Wagyu, classic filet mignon, and Santa Maria-style tri-tip complement bedrock steakhouse specialties such as Oysters Rockefeller, shrimp cocktail, and Caesar salad and are punctuated with indulgent touches like seafood towers, housemade sauces, impeccably crafted cocktails and fine wines, and a decadent dessert selection.

Wow! I wasn’t sure when we walked up, to what looked like a strip mall. I was so wrong. As we walked up to the door I was enveloped into a delicious scent of smoked food. Inside it was so beautiful, look at my photos. I’m obsessed with the metal work. We ordered the best of the best with a salad and the yummiest mashed potatoes with lobster! I could dream about those taters for years! They were so killer! We went with another family and should have shared the platter. We had so much yummy leftovers. Oh the steak butter…I don’t remember for sure, but I think it was tallow butter. It was definitely delicious . The horseradish was spicy, as it should be and be brave use the tiny spoon with the bone marrow to top a slice of beef. It would surprise me if you didn’t go back for more. I’m looking forward to going again!

The Ribeye steak I had here was probably legitimately the best I’ve ever had. High quality beef and cooked perfectly. The mac & cheese and carrot sides were OK, but nothing to write home about. The butter cake dessert was out of this world. Service and ambiance were world class. Overall, I would gladly come here again for a special occasion, but for routine dining out, The Keg is 90% as good and 60% of the price.

WOW. Phenomenal food, a great dirty martini, excellent service, lovely ambiance – this place has it all. We had the gochujang pork belly appetizer and it is literally one of the best things I have ever eaten. We’ve been to many great steakhouses in the Midwest and I can easily say this is one of the best I have ever experienced. We also had a platter of excellent cuts of steak, and it was hard to stop eating, even when we were stuffed. Maxwell was an exceptional server and timed everything perfectly. We will be telling everyone how much we loved it here!

We had a taste for steak. We’ve never been to Rare Society. The reviews were very good, so we gave it a try. From the moment we walked in the restaurant felt high-end, but not over done. Our server was wonderful with the right amount of attention. The menu was spot-on. Something for every taste and appetite and more. Loved the portions and presentation. Even better, every bite was a true culinary experience. We also had cocktails. There’s a fully appointed bar. Our drinks more than satisfied. We finished off the evening with dessert. Again, there were many options guaranteed to please. The restaurant is a little loud. We sat next to each other and the loudness wasn’t an issue. Be prepared to pay for high quality and service. In my opinion, cost wasn’t an issue. We had a 5+ star evening.

Our server was fun, but still professional, even when we tried to set him up on a blind date.

As someone else mentioned below, better food and experience can be had at elsewhere, such as the Keg. About the food, I like my steaks with some infused flavors, like salt. The meats here are aged but without any flavor meaning they’re bland and that’s why they give you a bunch of sauces on the side.

I wanted to try their happy hour before I went for a full price menu (which is expensive). HH cocktails are great but food is mediocre. If I’m paying $18 for a Philly steak sandwich, I expect it taste great and presented nicely. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Staff is great, ambience is great for date nights but the food is not worth the price at all.

I had high hopes for this place, especially with it being located in Mill Creek and close to home. Our service experience was excellent. I liked the interior decor but there’s a lot of windows and very bright with sun in our eyes as the sun was setting. Between the atmosphere being meh and most of the staff wearing jeans and another percentage also wearing T-shirt’s it didn’t have that special vibe I wanted for a special night out. The steak, lamb and the creme brûlée dessert were good. Everything else we both considered to be over priced and lacking flavor. We spent $300+ for two people. Don’t see myself going back here again.

Such a slick new addition to the Mill Creek area. This place has a crisp modern vibe, a background beat playing, just an atmosphere of cool. We were a party of four, and the family style serving of the The Executive Board was perfect. Filet, New York, and Rib-eye served charcuterie style. I found all the cuts seasoned perfectly. We even shared a Ceasar salad, roasted mushrooms, and Potato Au Gratin. Have to say the Bacon is a must try treat! Our server was friendly and attentive. We tried a few cocktails, which were also quite enjoyable. Prices are on the higher edge, but save up, and enjoy a special night out.
