Waited 20 minutes on pepperoni sticks, when I get back to work over half of my lunch break was gone,I was given some kind of extremely sweet sauce to eat with them, which was awful. I picked the sauce I wanted online when I ordered and the gentleman who waited on me ask again what kind I wanted and they still got it wrong. I called to tell them about it And the lady said to bring it back and they would give me the right sauce but other than that she didn’t know what she could do for me. I told her I was back at work and couldn’t leave but that she could make it right the next time I ordered and her response was, you have a nice day and hung up. They wouldn’t make a $7.42 order right. Pitiful

First of all the guy taking our orders didn’t know what to put on the pizza you order? He couldn’t spell Greg on our order name? And the the person making the pizza’s had long hair with no cap or nothing on his head as his hair fell onto the pizza! My forever black listed place unless you have new management or ownership!!!

This place has one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had and the pizza is done in 3 minutes which makes it even better! For an 11 inch pizza and unlimited toppings and sauces was $9 and some change and my pizza was loaded down with toppings. They have the best prices I have seen in a very long time. Their garlic sauce is delicious I highly recommend this place!!

I’ve ordered directly through your website, doordash and over the phone. NOT ONCE have I received dipping sauces. It clearly states on your website, and doordash that you get 2 of them with any pizza, and was even asked what 2 dipping sauces I wanted when I did the over the phone order. From doordash reviews this a common occurrence, not just with pizza but with cinnamon bread too. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely adore the pizza! It’s wonderful! But I’ve paid for items I didn’t get several times! Doordash is the only one to ever compensate for them. From what I see of pictures of your reviews you only give them out to people in the store. Not deliveries. It doesn’t state that anywhere you won’t receive your requested dipping sauces. I’m unable to drive out for food or groceries evey week like most people, my physical health won’t allow it, it’s why I get them delivered! If it wasn’t for that I’d order more often! Your 9in deep dish with the sweet red sauce is just like Evaroni’s and they don’t deliver at all! You could make a killing on that alone! Especially if you brought back larger deep dish options!

Really disappointed with this pizza where to begin you don’t put the receipt in the pizza box for extra germs! My pizza was burnt around the crust which made the slice have that burnt flavor as well. And lastly you should tape your boxes that are leaving your establishment with delivery drivers grub hub etc… so in short words my pizza was burnt leather with receipt cooties on it topped with who the heck knows cuz my box wasn’t SEALED. Just spend the 5 bucks and get a little caesars pizza

I ordered over the phone and added an extra topping of which they confirmed it. The pizza did not have the item and I waited without anyone else in the store to pick it up. I called and no one answered. Poor customer service.

Our pizzas were burnt, mine didn’t have all toppings and I had to take it back and it was still wrong. The tables were dirty. Trash was full all over the dining room. Employees were sneaking off behind the box piles to text instead of doing their jobs. Overpriced frozen pizza at best.
