I am on a life long mission to find incredible macaroni & cheese. (There is a lot of sub-par mac out there). I decided to give Rang Tang a try and I was not disappointed. The flavor was beautiful and the texture was perfect. I can’t speak to the meats other than what was on the mac, but that was also an absolute delight. 10/10 would recommend.

Rang Tang Craft lived up to the hype! Finally tried the smoked gouda mac and cheese topped with burnt ends and it was amazing. I took it to go but the guys running the truck were so nice and helpful. I dug in before i thought to get a good picture but trust me it’s amazing.

Best bbq in Boulder! Burnt ends are incredible. Chimmichuri is on point. Very friendly man working the window.

Friendly staff, perfectly smoked meats. Highly recommend the true take on BBQ that isn’t based in corn syrup sauces and focuses on real flavor of ingredients.

Edit- the company is refunding the burnt ends, which is a great customer service move. With how good the brisket sandwich was, and customer service I would be happy to try them again and am raising my review to 4/5.

I ordered the “sampler plate.” Naturally, you’d think a sampler would have multiple types of meat to sample. I picked the barbecue truck thinking it would give me the biggest meal option of all the food trucks and would hopefully fill me up. Boy was I wrong! When my plate was delivered, it consisted of two very tiny pieces of brisket and a small cup of nasty cucumber salad. My $16 meal would have barely been enough food to feed a 5 year old, so I left there needing to go buy a real dinner somewhere else. The meat tasted fine, but the portion was absurd!…especially considering that the only side dish was tiny and nasty. Worst food truck I’ve ever been to hands down.

Great stuff! We live in TX and eat plenty of BBQ, and this little cart would hold its own even in Dallas or Austin. The brisket and pulled pork were both excellent, the best we’ve had in Colorado, and we enjoyed the smoky-tomatoey pinto beans and mustardy sauce too. The burnt ends were a little over-seasoned for us, but the chimichurri served with them helped cut the salt a bit. Overall very good food and friendly service, highly recommended.

Amazing food – the brisket sausage was some of the best sausage I’ve ever had. Great vibes too, super friendly.

Above and beyond!!!! The quality The consciousness of where the meat comes from, and the love L.R puts in it when he makes each plate. I had the brisket, Carolina pork and the burnt with the cucumber mint. The flavors blew my mind. He did a better job then the other 100 bbq places I have been too. My family is from NC; I grew up with what I thought was the best in the country: until now. A must try if you’re a bbq fan like me and are looking for the highest quality and flavor. Thank you L.R for what you do. Blessings brother
