This is a must try local place for lunch. Only open Thursday & Friday, except on a few occasions (check their Facebook page for an update that week). It says it closes at 4, but I would suggest getting there no later than 3pm as they can close early when they sell out or weather.

This place is a little gem hiding on the side of the road! Just the smell of it makes you want to stop by. We ordered the super brisket combo (chicken, ribs and brisket) and it was purely delicious! The service was quick and friendly too. They’re only open Thursday and Friday, so don’t miss your chance!

I am a huge foodie and I try to stop at any place that seems to be a local favorite. This spot is open every Thursday and Friday with every other Wednesday open as well. The food is AMAZING. Can’t miss the spot, just look out for the cars parked in the lot right off the street with the big bus and smoke! I ordered the super combo with a bit of everything. The chicken was smoky and still very juicy. The brisket was slightly over with some dried bits but the flavor is killer. It has a softer bite with no crust but still full of smoke flavor. The ribs were perfect tender to the bite with some resistance to come off the bone. Exactly how I like ribs. The mac and cheese was the best mac and cheese I’ve had in a long time. Truly cheesy with bits of chicken scattered about and smoke infused. Just beware since they use real pieces of chicken one of my friends had a little bone in the mac. I nearly went back to buy a whole tub of the mac and cheese. When I was pumping out some of the BBQ sauce I was kind of bummed out because it looked like ketchup but after trying it, I was sorry to have judged. It was perfectly tangy and sweet with just a hint of savory. It contrasted the overall BBQ great and helped to balance the flavor. The parking lot was full but we were able to squeeze in a spot and actually grab a seat at the table where we had live music.

This is good BBQ. Their Mac and cheese with their chicken? Marvelous. The portion sizes were good. Could have shared a plate had our mouths not been watering so heavily over the smells wafting over the highway. I tried all the meats and was heavily impressed by all. The chicken, however. Was so tender and moist. Excellent flavor. The mango desert was good, a little expensive for the size but a good curb to the sweet tooth if you’ve got one. Would absolutely come back for this barbecue

This is Hawaiian bbq at it’s best. Get there early for the brisket before they sell out. The folks working the stand are very nice, and were understanding when we expressed concern for a party member with celiacs (gravy, sliders, mac, and bbq sauce were the only non gf items)

What an amazing experience! This place is super unassuming! But don’t pass it by! The food is amazing! Maybe the best brisket i have ever had and ive had world famous brisket in Tennessee, Texas and Kansas City! We were even give the grand tour by Randy himself thanks to Uncle Darrel (Darryl)!
