I got a great deal on a catered party. I don’t usually use this pizza place but on a whim we tried them. John gave me a great deal! The ziti was delicious and pizza was good too. They have excellent sauce. I will definitely return as a customer. Thanks for the great food!!

Loved the warm atmosphere and the pizza was delicious. My friend left the book she was reading for her critical paper, and Kevin and Mary, who were closing that night, ran the book out to our car. The employees are amazing!! I would hands down recommend eating dinner here before grabbing froyo at Frozen Cow Yogurt! Couldn’t have had a better first experience!

Randazzo’s has some of the best pizza in the area. Their sauce is excellent and they have the cheese to sauce ratio perfected. Crust is thin, but not too thin, and bends just right.

I used to come here a lot and then moved away for a few years, I walked in today and the owner remembered exactly who I was and my chicken finger wrap tasted just like I remembered, amazing! If you’re debating coming here, debate no longer, get over here and you wont regret it! Also your taste buds will thank you!

Been eating/ordering from there for many years. Always decent food and service, until this last time. Forgot a meal that we ordered, charged us for it, and didn’t answer the phone when we called multiple times. The food we did get was not good, either(soggy salads, old tasting wraps, etc). Will never go back.

Tonight was the first time I ever tried this restaurant and couldn’t believe what I observed the moment I walked in. There was a young man who was maybe 16 taking orders at the register who was obviously new. A man by the pizza ovens (maybe the owner or a manager) kept scolding this kid infront all of the customers standing there. The kid was doing fine. He was smiling and friendly. As soon as I walked in the doors, I heard the older gentleman scolding this kid right at the front of the counter where people were waiting to place their order. I could hear him say “don’t start screwing up this early in the night” loudly enough that I heard it by the doors. Another customer standing at the register gave me a look because it was super awkward. The kid took it gracefully and kept being friendly and smiling. When I went to place my order, I ordered extra cheese on a cheesesteak and the kid asked the gentleman if he was putting in the extra cheese correctly. The gentleman says “you know if you keep screwing up like this, I’m going to have to let you go”. In front of all of the customers! How unprofessional! I wanted to cancel my order but feared he’d take that out on the kid too! This man made all of the customers standing there feel super awkward and this poor kid just stood there still friendly through his embarrassment. I’m not saying the kid didnt make a mistake, but you don’t humiliate your staff, especially in front of your customers. That wasn’t a reflection of that kid, but it said a lot about the manager. I won’t be back there because of this manager. And for the kid, I have three words “hostile work environment” because that exactly what was going on. Any good manager knows if you treat your staff with respect, they will take care of your customers. I’m not saying he should allow an employee to make mistakes, but again, there is a professional way to handle it and it certainly isn’t by making your customers feel awkward. The kids mistake wouldn’t have made me not come back. However this managers disrespect will.

Went in to order food the other day, and overheard a conversation between the worker at the front and the manager. The worker was asking the manager if she put the food in right. Instead of helping, he just yelled at her for not getting it right. It was super awkward to see an employee who was looking for a little help get scolded for asking a question. I will certainly not be giving these people my business anymore
