Small town eatery vibes, good conversation and atmosphere, however the kitchen and wait staff were falling behind due to the number of patrons … Meanwhile the owner of the establishment is sitting at the counter yapping as opposed to helping his staff. Certainly not a good way to run a business. Our food came out later than the rest of the table, was incorrect l, and cold. We’ve had better experiences previously at this restaurant, so we’ll probably try them again in the future… But I’m not going out of my way to do so.

Ordered for take out on 7/18. Food was delicious. The cheese steak with sauce, peppers and onions was cooked perfectly. Slightly sweet sauce was good. The meatloaf portion is HUGE! Great flavor, good gravy, and Mac and cheese is amazing. Fried mushrooms and cauliflower cooked well and crispy. Over all a great meal! Staff getting everything together were friendly and very nice. Quick service. Pies were just ok. I understand they aren’t made in house, so I cannot fault the restaurant for that.

Very disappointed. The older waitress was cold, loud and NOT nice!!!! I watched her humiliate an older gentleman. Took forever (40 minutes) to get steak and eggs and a chicken sandwich. Steak was sooo spicy could hardly eat it.

If you liked country cupboard, you will absolutely love this place. As of now, it may require a bit of patience when awaiting your meal because of staff shortages, but I can assure you that it’s well worth the wait! Everything I’ve had there is cooked spot on. Normally they have one waitress one, everytime I’ve been there and she is friendly and overall great! Great food and great people make this one of my favorite homey spots in the area.

It was not busy at all. There was only 7 tables being used and 1 of the tables had 3 people, and the other 5 had 2 people. I have worked in many restaurants and 7 tables is not even close to a lot. Well, after I ordered my food, I waited almost 1 hrs, until the food came out. Not sure what was going on. I wanted to get up and leave, but the person with me didn’t want to. The table beside me had her 1 year old watching a tablet and had volume all the way up, so that wasn’t helping my patience. I will never go there again. The bacon was really good, but that was the only good experience I had. I’m sorry, but just wanted to make sure people are prepared if they go there
