The lunch prices are fair since portions are on the smaller side. Large menu with excellent customer service. Pretty quiet. It’s nice to have plenty of booth seating. The best part is the kid’s menu has chicken nuggets- and they are good quality nuggets. A “side” of sour cream is a whole mound enough to share. They provide free chips and salsa.

Pretty decent food at this place. We were here for late lunch/early dinner so it wasn’t super busy. The meals that other people had ordered looked pretty tasty too so I’m thinking I’ll be back for another go around in the future. The service was really good. Good experience all around. More than likely be back before too long.

Okay, average… Never had Pollo La Crema that didn’t come with mushrooms? But the green peppers added flavor. There salsa was very good, most places don’t have any spice, but there’s did. Service wise a couple things we asked for never made it to the table, but workers were friendly.

Two thumbs down maybe the small community of Brookings doesn’t quite know good Mexican food should taste like but this isn’t it!! The plate I got tasted like they just poured tomato sauce over the top the beans were very tasteless and the cheese dip was SOUR! The salsa and rice were the only two things that were edible…don’t let the reviews fool you. Not worth the stop or our money.

Tried a recommended restaurant while in town but was not impressed, service was slow, beans were soupy, cheese crisp was a little greasy, and server never stopped by with check, concensus of table was food was bland, portions was good but overall experience not good,, waiting for a prolonged period of time for check coupled with restaurant not being busy at all even though it was Saturday night, makes for a poor rating! Might be a local favorite for Mexican food but can and should do much better!

The guy that took our order didn’t stick around to take the whole order (skipping a person entirely) so I had to chase him down and go back and forth to our table to tell him what they wanted. He wouldn’t come back to the table. He was very rude and they weren’t busy at all, but he acted like we were really imposing on him. They got the order wrong with the meat requested in 2 dishes (which he didn’t care about) and the chalupa was inedible, the shell completely crumbled at one touch and didn’t taste right. The drinks girl and the young guy helping out were the sweetest people ever. If that was their boss I feel super bad for them.

I have frequented here numerous times but will not anymore. The owner doesn’t know ADA rules and has refused my service dog twice. Once he wound up allowing him after I showed him the rules online but the next time he refused entry saying it’s his restaurant and he decides. I will be sending him a letter outlining the ada rules and filing a complaint and possible lawsuit. I also went there the week before for lunch and the special was taco salad. The taco salad showed up with just the salad part. No tortilla bowl or even a single tortilla chip. I got meat, lettuce, tomato, guac and sour cream on a plate. That’s the taco salad special. I’ll pass on patronizing this place in the future.

Stale chips, chicken was boiled, shredded & served with no seasonings or flavor. Salsa was disappointing. Took 15 mimutes for 2 margaritas. Mine was incorrect. Taco shell was hard uneatable. Over priced. For a birthday all they give I is a 4oz hagen daaz freezer burned ice cream cup. No sopias or fried ice cream. Very lame & disappointing.

Food is really the best Mexican food I’ve had on the Oregon coast. Lots of flavor and you get a lot for your dollar. I would suggest the Molee chicken enchiladas, they are killer.

Our chicken enchiladas were pretty good! Legitimately spicy salsa! Friendly staff – we brought a large party on a stormy night and I think we may have blindsided them a bit, but they were lovely and attentive, and even offered my dad a tequila shot for his birthday.
