Delicious homemade style food, excellent service, friendly and clean atmosphere! The free chips and salsa were great, along with the shrimp ceviche! Great portions and so yummy! You will leave here feeling full!

Take out was terrible. Cold. Walked in to pick up food order, but no one at front. I should have gone off of reviews on NextDoor app. 93 negative reviews that had almost same experience. Picture shown is Asada Quesdilla. Feckin gross.

Customer service is literally the BEST in town. Came in on a busy Friday night and sat in the bar, took a minute to get service – Pablo came from behind the bar to get us taken care of, and the manager was right behind him to get our drinks out to us within a minute. The food is ALWAYS amazing as well.

This was our first visit and the food and service were both great! The chips and salsa kept coming, which was also a plus! The menu offered a good variety of choices for my entire family. We’ll be back!

First off, food tasted great! Place was clean and there was no wait. However, once we ordered our food, it took almost 30min to get it. Its a little pricy. Nice portions, but still pricy. Kids menu is close to $10 and adults average $17. On top of that we were rarely checked on and I was offered one refill right as we were taking the check to go.

This restaurant was terrific! Excellent food, drinks and service! I had the Chile Rellano an a Spicy Margarita that were amazing. I was in town for the weekend and can’t wait to eat there again next time I’m in Bakersfield.

My husband and I drove to Bakersfield and ordered food to go from the restaurant. The food was too salty they were inedible. My husband consumed the chile relleno That caused him to start swelling in both his hands and feet after an hour of consumption . I tasted my enchiladas and discovered they were salty as well. I started drinking water to bring down the salty taste. I am Filipino and I like salty food like adobo.

The food here tastes good, average price for Mexican food, but huge portions! There are only a couple of spots in town I would choose over Rancho Grande for flavor, but no one beats them on price to portion ratio! With that being said the food still tastes great, definitely in the top 5 Mexican joints in Bakersfield!
