I usually don’t do this but after the super rude customer service and food quality I had too, I received and at first they were super nice and respectful no issues at all I go home and check the food I ordered a chicken Alfredo nothing special. I was surprised to open the food and try it to find essential just dry butter noodles with cheese on top? No Alfredo sauce so I call up to the store, I wasn’t being rude, I didn’t yell I just stated “I ordered this Alfredo and it had no sauce on it and I’m honestly really disappointed in it” his response threw me for a loop he goes “well everyone orders our pastas all day and no one ever has an issue with them” so he’s implying I’m a liar or a Karen, okay fine it gets better I go ahead and start my response “well that maybe the case but..” he cuts me off mid sentence and goes “anyway, what would you like us to do” I’m like “well I’d like a refund” he goes “well your gonna have to bring us the food back” after that I just hung up, I was shocked how disrespectful he was, basically calling me a liar and cutting me off like that the food was terrible and the customer service even worse I hope you don’t treat all your dissatisfied customer with that level of disrespect

AMAZING!!! This is a must stop if you are in Panama City!!! The menu items are prepared fresh with fresh ingredients and prepared and cooked to Italian style perfection!!! With great seasonings and homemade breads and doughs…just amazing… just had the calzones. JUST WOW!! PERFECTLY GLAZED BREAD STUFFED WITH FILLINGS AND SERVED HOT!! Great prices, too. Check there menu you will be glad you came in….thank you, Mahima. See you all soon.

My family visited while on vacation and it was delicious! When we arrived there was a woman who I saw doing it all, answering the phone, online orders, to go orders, greeting us politely, coming to our table.. I think maybe even cooking. She was absolutely amazing and deserves a raise for being so ontop of everything! The pizza bread sticks and wings were absolutely amazing! And our order came out fast. The family deals were a really great price and my family really enjoyed sitting at a little corner booth. It was cute and cozy. A man later came in and greeted us and all together our experience was great. The employees are wonderful, the food is wonderful, the restaurant itself was wonderful. We’ll definitely stop back in if we find ourselves in the area again!

OMG !!they are open in this tropical tornado warning ⚠️ .. life savior Excellent pizzas! We are family of 25 and there service is Amazing, Calzones ,Pizza & specially Wings are so delicious ! Everything is delicious. Great Staff! Terrific customer service so fast . They seem to really like their job and it shows!! During the pandemic, there is seating outside also available since there is new owner they change a lot and food is much much Much better then any Dominos or Big Brand pizza place . Large screen TVs to watch too..

My apologies because I didn’t take a picture of my food, but I was so hungry and my Philadelphia cheese steak all the way was smelling so scrumptious I had no time waste. This sandwich was devoured in no time flat. The folks there were kind and the service was great! Inside had a family feel with booths with a full menu that went on for days. I have found my favorite to go place for my family and I. My grandchildren will enjoy the cookies and ice cream they have to offer. Go check it out! I highly recommend it!

The pizza toppings are sparse, even after we paid for extra pepperoni. The lasagna is clearly a frozen store bought one. The mozz sticks are frozen, the boxes for the mozzarella sticks are all around the dumpster. Nothing wrong is fresh here. The service is poor as well.

We are late eaters and this city shuts down before 10 most places but not this new favorite stop! They were kind & happy to serve a hungry family of 5 at 10:15 pm! We got the family deal with a large pizza, wings & soda & added on a ‘family’ salad. The pizza was delicious and we actually had leftovers with my big crew. The toppings were so fresh & the crust was mouthwatering. The wings, we got buffalo, were some of the best wings I’ve ever had. The $10 salad was definitely much smaller than one would think for that price ( pictured below by pizza) but all in all was a great stop & will be back when we come down to visit again!
