This ramen taste just like I eat in Japan! I usually get disappointed with ramen shop in US because they arrange or cannot make same way. But this shop serves just like it and I’m impressed. The soup, noodle, and pork cha-shu taste so good. Some people might feel little greasy for Tonkotsu ramen but that is just what it should be. So if you don’t want to eat greasy ramen, better order shoyu ramen. We ordered Tonkotsu Black and Spicy Miso, both were very good. Will be back again for sure.

I have been to many ramen places in the OC area but this is by far my favorite. The waiter was nice and constantly checking on us, the food came quick, and the ambiance was great! I got to try the chashu bowl, tonkotsu ramen, and shoyu ramen. Both the noodles and broth were light and delicious, and the chashu was very tender! Im surprised they aren’t packed!

Service and ambiance were great! Team was friendly and the place was clean with good seating for all groups. If your coming with a group of 6 you should be good. We had the Ramenos, Chicken Ramen, and the potato wrapped shrimp. Great choices all around. Especially good for those looking for cuts of chashu and chicken on the skinnier and leaner side. Broth is good for those that don’t want an intense and creamy broth. Noodles we’re nice and bouncy. The potato shrimp was unique and good for potato and shrimp lovers.
