We were heading to Washington DC and stopped for lunch, I googled it but no high hope since we were in Japan for 7 years before. When we arrived, we saw chef wasn’t a Asian(stereo type 🙂 lol), so bummer. Once we ordered and received ramens. They were good. They were like the one we used to eat in local in Japan. Wow we definitely enjoyed.

Ramen Tsubaki is another great Ramen Shop in Fayetteville. Simple and Sweet is the theme here. The menu is small but everything on it is going to delicious and authentic.

I’ve been coming to this place since 2016. I came back today, and it’s still the same amazing tasty ramen as I remember.

The service here is bad. Never even got the gyoza, but they tried to bill me for it. They had run out of eggs. The broth was not very good, but that could be preference. I would just avoid going here in general.

I come here a lot and today was the first time I ever had a bad review . When I walked in it wasn’t the usual people there and they were younger and wanted to just play around at work. I asked for my usual which is shio ramen and I was told the did not have ramen (it’s literally the name on your restaurant) I tried to order the kara- age for my appetizer but because she was so focused on playing around she brought me the whole kara age meal smh I just told them to cancel the order I over paid $4 for a sweet tea and left. I really like this place but today left a bad taste in my mouth

A nice, small, quiet family restaurant. Went there with my father on Juneteenth. It’s nice simple Japanese food. It feels homemade. The restaurant was clean with a simple aesthetic. Everything on the menu feels like Japanese comfort foods.

EDIT: it is with some sadness that our family posts this, but it was such egregiously poor service/handling of the situation that the ownership/others should know. On February 6th we ordered two appetizers and two entrees. One of the appetizers came out over an hour and twenty minutes after we had arrived, just as we were packing up to leave. The restaurant would not refund the appetizer and so we were forced to pay for it. To top it off, it was an item that is only best served hot and immediately consumed, so we were forced to throw it away. This was quite disappointing — I’ve never eaten a restaurant where they expect you to pay for an appetizer that took nearly 1.5 hours to prepare. We attempted to speak with the server about it and were quickly rebuffed.
