Hip place. Ramen were amazing. Spicy edmame hit the spot. Pork rice was yummy. Chicken karrage average. Cold sake was yum. Mushroom bao bun divine!!!

Love the spicy Ramen, curry rice here is amazing interpretation Japanese version of authentic Indian Garam Masala, I don’t know how they have it but fried baby octopus, lidako Kara-Age is perfect match for Grape Soju. As always wonderful food, perfect atmosphere, not too loud, not too dark, but perfect place to hangout and spend time with various drinks and each and every choices of fun and amazing side dishes and ramen

My family loves Ramen, we will go out of our way on trips to visit a spot and this was a detour on the way to Ikea. The meal started off strong; the spicy edamame was flavorfoul, the mushroom buns were tasty but then came the ramen itself. I ordered original tonkotsu and the broth was so bland I thought I had covid again. The noodles were gummy instead of firm and the lack of toppings was disappointing but understandable due to the low price point of this dish. I asked for some togarashi or something to spice up the flavor and the waitress brought out spicy paste which I didn’t realize cost an extra dollar. Not a big deal, but a disappointing pin on an otherwise unsatisfying meal.

I was looking forward to this after reading the reviews but maybe the dining-in meals are prepared differently(?) The first non of our items were labeled so it was hard to tell the soups apart. I had to call the restaurant and the person on the phone had an attitude. Seasonality my soup was flavourless, I only took 2 sips and set it aside. You can trek that the noodles and veggies are pre-packaged and not prepared to order. Not only were they cold but nothing tastes fresh. My noodles were still molded in the shape of the plastic container (see pics) as noodles do when you store them in the fridge overnight or for days. I was thoroughly turned off by the whole thing and didn’t eat but a couple of bites.

really loved the platware and general atmosphere here. the service has a bit of a lag but they certainly make up for it with the quality of food. pickles were delicious starter, dumplings were pretty pedestrian but still a solid app, and i enjoyed the octopus when i would add a bit of pickle to the bites. the ramen broth is really hearty and has great depth but i feel the bamboo shoots kinda overpowered the broth a tad. very likely to return the prices here are pretty friggin cheap which is awesome

One of the best Ramen places in Connecticut, hands down. The place is small which provides a very nice intimate atmosphere overall. I stopped in for lunch and the food was very prompt ,along with the service.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Ask for Claudia. She was very knowledgeable and recommends some awesome tasty drinks as well. She was awesome. I would definitely come back. Again, ask for Claudia. She is the best. The food is amazing and worth checking out in New Haven. Claudia has positive vibes and that is important.

Great Ramen and rice place! Parking is on the street with parking meters unless you go on a Sunday when parking is free. We had the excellent house sake hot (large), the spicy ramen in Tonkotsu soup and the Chashu Don rice dish. Staff was really friendly. Will definitely go back.
