I usually get take out, and it’s always good, but this time we dined in and the waitstaff was amazing! There was a short wait but once we were sat, everything came out fast and tasted delicious. We’ll definitely be back! Try the spicy pork belly buns, you won’t regret it

In Louisville you can find surprise dining experiences. Ramen House is clearly the best Ramen in the city. My server J.T. was so professional and courteous.Excellent customer service! I had Gyoza the dumplings which were authentic.

We have been trying to get into this place, but it has always been so busy. We finally got in, and we now understand why it is always so busy! This place is awesome! One thing my husband and I love is Ramen. Anytime we travel we always look for that area’s best ramen. This is one of our faves we have had. Lots of flavor! The pork is a seared pork belly one of the best tasting and prepared pork I have had in Ramen. You can tell they also don’t just dump bamboo shoots out of a can into the bowl. Everything had it’s special touch and the egg was not overcooked. It was all so great!

The ramen is okay, but my favorite thing we had during our last visit, were the pork belly mini buns. So tasty. Also if you love spicy, I mean really spicy, order the “Hell” flavored broth. Hurt so good.

We had Hiram. He was very courteous and attentive. We asked him questions, he was very helpful and likable. He gave great recommendations and seemed to have great knowledge over the menu. Food is always great. If you can, sit up top It’s very lowkey for dates.

Best spicy Ramen I’ve ever had. I drive over an hour to Louisville from my house specifically to eat here! The pork is absolutely delicious. Very consistent. Only wish they would branch out and open a location in Lexington. Been here many times and am always impressed.

My partner and I got the Bibimbap (vegetarian) and curry bowl (vegetarian). We enjoyed both. The prices were very fair to the food we got so really no complaints. I would love to see more vegetarian dishes though. Staff appeared busy but were very attentive to the customers. They also accepted customers within the last 20-25 minutes of closing which is impressive.
