Went thru the drive thru and it’s automated, no real person to talk to so that was a little strange but it understood everything we wanted. There were two cars in front of us and it took us over 10 mins to get to the window, the service is very slow. We ordered fried mushrooms which were amazing even tho they were out of ranch. Cheese sticks were cooked perfectly but they forgot our sauce. The Oreo shake was nice and thick but you could still drink it through a straw. We ordered a Vanilla Cone but they said their machine was down so we lost our on that! What we did get was good but the customer service needs a little help.

My visit here was very nice, the staff and food was delicious and made quickly but not to spare taste, I really liked the burger it was just as I ordered Yumm! The location was very clean and well maintained. My only disregard was that the lady unfortunately in the drive through that helped me as much as I believe in a well dressed and appearances of the employees if your the face of what people are seeing dental could be important when greeting and helping customers.

Showed up at the end of the night. The guy was nice and professional. Burger was good. The chicken stripes were not that great but my wife liked them. The fries were really good. Even when they got cold they were still good. I’ll like to go there again to try a few more items.

The one star is for the funnel fries and that is it. But unfortunately I will never order from here again, at all, ever. I received completely RAW chicken in my chicken strips! I don’t even want to eat anything else in my order since it was contaminated once the raw chicken was put in the bag with it.. I even bit into it, I am so disgusted. I’m not one to typically leave reviews but this is bad.

DO NOT COME TO THE CITRUS HEIGHTS LOCATION!!! DRIVE-THRU IS AVERAGING 8 MINUTES A CAR!! WORKS INSIDE MOVING VERY SLOW WITHOUT ANY CARE OR URGENCY. HOPEFULLY THIS LEVELS OUT AS TIME GOES. BUT I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK FOR A LONG TIME. UNBELIEVABLE WAIT TIMES.

Well I highly disliked the stupid computer system in the drive through. The experience is very similar to an automated hone call where it never fully understands what your trying to say. Like we don’t get frustrated enough with the stupid ai system you have to deal with to pay your overpriced electric bill, but I’m getting off topic. Still the audio system is just has hard to hear anything as its always been ontop of the re re robo order bot.
