You drive through is a confusing backwards u-turn the people that work the window are some of the most ghetto people I’ve ever encountered in my life and it seems like counting and correctness are not their strong suits but all in all I still like the place I love Riley’s fries they’re the best Go big Buford

Last week was my first time there during the lunch time… MISS ANGELA gave us greaaaaat service and even call us back for our marinara. Today for after school I went with the kid’s and this lady with the heart ❤️ tattoo was so nice and kind and My order amazing. Great service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. First off an answering machine takes your order. I got the $5 combo with garlic parm fries. The fries were warm but soggy and only tasted like garlic. The burger was the smallest patty I have ever seen. It was about as thick as a sheet of paper and only took up half the bun. The chicken bites were all bread and cold. Would never eat here again.

I thought the food was great, I got the tenders and fries so it was fairly simple. Did take a little bit longer than I would of expected but no biggie. I have no comment on any beef products sold there as I don’t really eat beef

Terrible food! Ordered mozzarella sticks that had no cheese in them. The burger I ordered with an extra patty, no mustard, no pickles was made with mustard, pickles, and no extra patty. When I called, the girl was rude and not helpful. I finally found a customer service number and was told 3-6 days before management could reach out to speak with me. Everyone sitting at my bar had something terrible to say about this place. Would NOT recommend. First time trying and will be my last.

First visit – sign says they open at 10 AM. Waited 15 minutes. Never opened up. Second visit. Got in drive through line, ordered a burger and fries. Two vehicles ahead of me. Fifteen minutes in line only to be served a cold and unappetizing burger. The fries were hot but soggy. Prices high for bad food. With so many other options out there, drive to Smashburger instead.

There was no one in line in the drive thru or at the window. Went to order at the window and press in the doorbell. They ignored me and let me just stand there. Decided to leave and not spend my Money here. No wonder they have a 2-star review.
