Me and my family went here and really enjoyed it. All the food was fresh and very good. The service was excellent and everyone was very nice. There is a long wait time because the line is so long because they are obviously busy and just opened but it appears they are getting each order out within 2-3 minutes. 5 Stars all the way from me. I’m glad to see a locally owned franchise such as this thriving, I wish them many years of success. I’ll definitely be back!!!

Gotta say, after waiting for a long time for my order to be done I would’ve thought the food would have been great. When ordering the lady over the mic was rushing my order, laughing, and talking over me. When I got the Chicken Nuggets and Fries box, all of the chicken were either hard or tasted like reheated chicken …weird. For this restaurant to be a new restaurant with long waits, you would’ve thought the food and customer service would change your experience.

When you go to place your order it’s not a live person. It’s all automated. You only see a person to pay. The order came out fast and freshly made. Food was good for what they sell. I love the fries, always have. Lol.

The food is pretty good but man, the staff are the rudest people! It’s a brand new location, did the company transfer their rudest people here? It’s like you’re asking them to do their jobs …jobs they clearly hate. They should make this a completely automated store and get rid of the people. For this reason, 2 stars but only because the food isn’t as disgusting as the attitudes

Man I can’t beilve a cheap spicy chicken sandwich cost nearly 4 dollars! Just the sandwich! This thing is so small its not worth more than two bucks! Lower your prices! No wonder your place looks like a ghost town everytime I go by there. They did a good job on the food otherwise you would have gotten one star.

Been a long time since I ate at a Rally’s but I used to really like them. I got a Big Buford and my wife got a regular burger. They were absolutely the worst fast food burger I’ve ever had and they were cold. I don’t mean “we got them warm and they cooled off”; I mean they might have been in the refrigerator cold. I usually give a restaurant a second chance but not this Rally’s.

1st and last time … Will never go back!. 20 min wait. Which is fine no issue for hot good food. The sloppest burger with so much mayo I cant taste the meat and re heated soggy fries.. our order was wrong at the window. We received attitude for telling them the order is wrong. We retold them the order 3 more times at the window. Still forgot the loaded fries. We asked nicely for the missing fries and got can y’all please give these people they food as a response. The cashier is desperately trying to get us our food and the kitchen staff are talking and playing far to much for a 20 min wait per car!

Service was good and friendly. Food was okay,I wasn’t pleased but everyone else was so maybe it was just my taste buds that night? Cause it was tasty to 4 other people and the service was kind and fast I’d definitely recommend and return.

We finally made a stop at our new local Rally’s. The line has been down the road since they opened and we caught them with no line. Service was great, the employees were very nice and even stopped me to make sure there was a fork and napkins in the bag. Food was good… I’m not a fan of rally’s but between my Rally burger, my son’s loaded fries and chili dog everything was good! I love that we found a local fast food restaurant with good service!
