As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Right now they have a promotion going on for any size French fry only $1. Don’t fall for it. I typically like the fries here but these were disgusting. There was no one in the drive thru or at the pedestrian window but I’m supposed to believe they just happened to be pulling fresh, hot fries out of the fryer? Nope. In the 10 seconds it took me to drive up to the window the fries were ready. They were hot so what they did was refried them. Old fries reheated in oil are not good. They turn into grease logged sticks. I’d rather wait until they cooked more or just paid full price. Only good thing is the terrible experience just cost $1.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken patty was dry, dark, and cold. When I went to the walk up window to return the sandwich, the manager opened the window and said I’m not taking any walk up order you need to drive through. Horrible service.

How can you have your order repeated back to you as it’s being handed to you, get home, and the order be completely wrong. Then you can’t call and complain because nobody’s answering the phone.

I am a shift manager and a general manager in training. After I placed my order at the box I was told to drive to the window for my total. I told someone I was in the car with their 1st mistake was not reading my order back to me. When I get to the window the employee did not know what I ordered but that person did not take my order neither. I had to reorder at the window. When I got my receipt, it only had the overall total on it instead of the full breakdown. I pulled up and checked my food it was not really put together well but it was ok looking. I also noticed I was missing BBQ sauce on my burger so I went back and said you all forgot the bbq and they just handed me a BBQ sauce packet. Wrong answer! I got home and ate the food and wish I never bought it, and Rally’s have the best fries, but that night not! So I wasted $21.10 because the food didn not taste like Rally’s especially the fries that’s a big upset! They were floppy instead of crispy. At least they said have a good day.

This was the best Rally’s I’ve been to anywhere. It was late night so, it took longer than normal. But the employees were so nice and helpful the wait didn’t matter. All the food was hot and fresh. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Great job!!!!!
