As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I ordered from here and this is the second time my food came looking any kind of way. The chicken sandwich I had tasted old and the lettuce was hella wilted. The fries was soggy and cold. The boneless chicken looked refried and tasted like it was. If I could rate them 0 stars I definitely would. Rally’s need to step their game up. This is beyond sad. I can’t believe I just wasted my money on this bs.

If your the type of person that likes to call and talk to automated systems then maybe this place is for you. But it’s definitely not for me. I pulled up to the drive through speaker to place my order and was greeted by a computer. I know this because I after hearing the voice I asked if it was a person or a robot. And the speaker confirmed it was a robot. Not wanting to deal with the automated system I pulled up to the window. They told me I would have to circle back around and use the speaker if I wanted to order. I told them that I did not want to deal with the robot, and since they would not take my order, I left. They have lost a customer for life…
