As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I order 2 $5 meal deals and 2 brookies. My sandwiches were made wrong, I received no brookies, and the way my order was in the bag was messed up. When I called numerous of times, no one answered. Praying to go in the morning with receipt to resolve this issue.

The speaker system is annoying. My order was not called back to me. The cashier on the right side drive thru is impatient and inconsiderate. I asked her what I had ordered, and she called it back to me as if she were speed reading from the screen. She demonstrated poor customer service and lousy hospitality, especially since she got mad, because I asked her to repeat my order again, hopeful that she would speak slowly, it happened, again the same thing. Although my fries were hot, my two napkins were saturated with grease. I asked for more napkins, and I was given two more .

Got off work really late. 1st time here and the service plus food was really good. Fast and friendly. For the ones that leave trash reviews y’all are looking for a hand out. If your food is bad get it fixed there. If you choose to leave then it’s on you. Y’all are trash for leaving bad reviews. This is how they make a living! Complain in person not here. Thank you!!

I walked up to the window to order. They were very busy but the person I assume was the manager saw me and stopped to take my order. He came back to the window with my order a few minutes later. It was much faster than I expected. Everything was very hot and tasted fantastic.
