As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Ordered through Door Dash and apparently they didn’t have hamburger so they offered us a spicy chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich. What we got was inexcusable. They gave use an unedible fish sandwich and a unedible chicken sandwich. No sauce, no lettuce no nothing. Just dry meat and bun. That’s just dumb and lazy.

I go to this location because it’s closer to me goes today spend almost $30 on food and looked in my bag no bbq sauce in the bag so I ask for one the girl says they $.16 cents now I will not be going back to Rally’s anymore that’s why I always go in the county to the tt people they give you what you need without you asking and double charging you ‍♀️

EVERYTIME I come to this exact location my food is always cold!! When I ask and pay for extra veggies on my sandwich they never put it on there! Like that is soo wrong ! I paid for it so why didn’t they put it on my sandwich? Waste of money. Next the customer service is poor!! Sad to say but the managers are just as bad !! I’m never coming back and again!!!
