We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I tried to redeem a customer survey coupon and I caught hell from every direction. The cashier had no ideal how to redeem the coupon ans the manager seem like he was confused as the cashier finally before my lunch was over with they figured it out. What a terrible experience.

I tried to order food through the drive thru around 12:45/12:50am. The worker Jasmine informed me that they was closed. I went to Taco Bell to get food. I passed by at 01:10am and a car and a truck was in the drive thru. So I went to the drive thru speaker and said I thought y’all was closed? She then said pick up or delivery. This is really bad for business workers lying so customers can’t order food. I would never return and would definitely not recommend anyone.

Went through drive thru. Gave the manager 20 dollars. She sent us to the second window without our change. Made us wait an hour for her to count her drawer and of course did not find the 20 because she put it in her pocket. Do not take cash there use a card.

They always say they open at 10 am but they are never open I been waiting since 930 for them to open at 10 waited until 10 am looked on the inside no one is in there no cars on the lot or nothing at the Cahokia rally’s y’all need to be closed down it’s sad!!
