We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Service is great but what is this?! I asked for a large fully loaded fries, No ranch. Drove 25 mins home to open this. A half a glob of cheese in the middle of fries, an a sprinkle of chewy bacon fat pieces on top. I mean this is what I get for $6+ dollars ♀️

The service was good and so was the food when I ate it but I got food poisoning from the chicken wings. The lady at the drive thru didn’t say a word to me but the other employee next to her was very nice and even asked to give my dogs treats. I just won’t be getting chicken from you guys ever again.

Hit or miss on service. Sometimes they are friendly, some are smartasses & act like they dont want 2 be there or your asking 4 2 much. The food use 2 be , now its meh . Majority of the time the Burgers are cold like they been sitting. If u ask 2 make it hot, they throw it in microwave.

I wish I had taken a photo of the Rally burger. It was barely burger. I’d echo the elderly lady from the 80’s “Where’s the beef???” Love the fries, but don’t think I’ll be going back for a bun with barely a burger in it.

There is nothing better than A Rallys burger to hit the spot, except maybe some of their funnel cake fries. Or one of their shakes. Order anything, Really you won’t be disappointed. They’ve never gotten my order wrong, and I’m always driving away in about 10 minutes from my initial drive onto their parking lot. I can’t say enough good things.

I cannot overstate how much I LOVE the Mobile/Delivery Lane. This is the most streamlined and effective method to hand out orders. I am never told at the window that they are missing something (once, the milkshake machine was broken, and they resolved the issue with the customer). While all of my interactions with the workers have been short, they have been sweet. I have never been greeted with anything other than genuine kindness from the workers, which I appreciate so very much. Super nice, super quick, super great!
