As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I was told to go around And park up front to wait for my order and as im waiting an older lady came out and started yelling at me for NO reason at all. The customer service is so bad that they have an automotive voice system to take the orders because the staff cannot even act friendly. The food isn’t always great, but I haven’t had anything disgusting from there….yet. They could hire cashiers that actually know how to count though. I gave exact change for my order, the girl took my money and said I gave her too much and gave me a dime back. She then popped her head out after a minute and said I shorted her. I gave her back the dime she had given back to me. She went back, popped out and said it was still short. I asked again how much the total was, confirmed its what I origionally counted. I asked “why is it you said I gave you too much initially, but now I give that exact amount back and you’re saying I’m still short? So I gave her another dime and got my food and left. The manager handed it to me, I told him in the future he should hire staff that can properly count. I used to go there a lot. I won’t be back. The lack of friendliness alone was already bothering me, an inability to count is just pathetic.
