As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The food is alright. The service is alright also, the speaker is something else. One was broken and the couldn’t hear you so you had to order at the window. And at another location the speaker is automated and you can’t ask questions or have any special requests. Whoever thought that was a good idea was sooo Wrong. Do your self a favor check your bag before you leave the window to make sure any sauces you asked for was actually put in your bag.

My husband loves the food here, but this past experience was terrible. The order was automated and when he was done, it only picked up his drink and not his food! When he went to tell the woman at the front she was very rude and condescending to my husband and then told us we had to go back around through automated order again because the line was long. We will be going to a different Rally’s for now until things change.

This restaurant is lazy & sloppy like their employees. Too start things off they was mad I wanted a cheese burger only ketchup at the window. They didn’t cook fresh chicken I got my son a chicken box it was hard as rocks with a black color ! All of my sandwiches was sloppy. My stomach immediately hurt after eating.

This particular restaurant is in a very very odd location sitting alone in an empty strip mall parking lot. It’s poorly lit and I was unsure if it was even open at night. They’ve moved to an AI ordering experience and that added to the weird vibes of the atmosphere. Apart from avoiding a few pot holes and strangely placed parking barriers on the way out, it was the standard Rallys experience, just with something creepy weird vibes thrown in to keep things interesting.

Tangela gave me and my husband amazing service definitely makes us wanna come back rally should be proud of her !! There should definitely be more people in the food service as nice as she was even tho they were slammed! for a Saturday night.

Food is always good. Hot and fresh every time. Good amount of options and price is good for what you get. This location has outside seating only, and that’s fine. I like how they have a lane dedicated to app orders and delivery drivers. I like ordering from apps when possible.

For a place that only have outdoors eating it was licking on putting their costumer first. There was not a place where you could sit down to eat. They had tables but they were covered up. The order was not right. Yes the food did taste good. So that is why I am giving them three stars.
