We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Only gave one star just so I can make this review… I pulled up into the parking lot, I see 3 employees hanging out by the dumpster. I pull into the drive thru just to be told “hi, it will be about a 20 to 25 minute wait before I can take your order”… All because he wanted to smoke… Way to go management! Way to go GM… Smdh do better…

Good food when I finally got it. Online order didn’t go through their system, so they didn’t make it. When I tried to pick it up, I instead had to fight for my food to be made. Once it got made, it was good, but management failed to provide a quick solution. Made me feel like I was being accused of lying instead of trying to help me quickly.

All I wanted was a shake but if course theshake Maxine waa dowN so I didn’t get ANYTHING. My soo son got a meal which waa nothing but a burger some chicken bites fries and a drink & we has 2pull over and park and wait on that just for the sandwhich to be made WRONG & the rest of the food 2 be BARELY WARM . I never ear Rallys it waa the only thing open and we were outta town.

We sat outside, I cleaned the table with wipes until they were not black. The food came quickly, but the fries tasted like they had been setting for a while, and they didn’t grill their buns, so even though the meat and toppings were good, the cold bun just does not cut it.

Always a good experience at Rally’s. They seem to have it together for the most part and the food is fresh most of the time. I highly recommend the caramel cheesecake Sunday to use as your dip for your French fries.
