In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I don’t know why Google is refusing to load my review but the stellhorn road location is terribly operated and staffed!!!!! It needs to be staffed with more people constantly throughout the operation day and anyone positioned as a manager needs to actually be held true accountable for the quality of service and for the quality of food…. Managers or anyone put in the position to manage even if momentarily need to be properly trained on how to diffuse situations and they especially need to be reprimanded when they so quickly dare to lecture customers on manners and etiquette! The employee with the orange hair and facial hair, he needs to be confronted and trained how to properly handle situations and he needs to be reminded that he does not have the authority and should not take the position to lecture a customer on etiquette and manners unless it is a last resort……..

I was not satisfied with my order at all tonight. All 3 sandwiches were smashed and sloppy, fries were OK, milkshakes were all over outside of cups and I got a an attitude when i told them about chicken tenders missing.. Normally service is great when I’ve visited before but spending almost $40 tonight for this, I don’t know if I’ll frequent this location again.

I do door dash with my daughter and the other night the two men working there took care of 7 or 8 cars on the other side before even trying to help my daughter and I. The guy complained that door dash makes them lose money and then slammed the window in front of me. This is income that we get per delivery and we sat there for 1/2 hour till we got the food!

My previous experiences here have been great, so 3 is the average. Tonight’s experience was a 1 at most. Ordered online, waited 15 minutes past the time order was scheduled to be ready, pop had no ice and tasted really off, fries were hot but had an aftertaste like they had been reheated in the fryer. Staff seemed unhappy, something was off but it wasn’t anything I did so I don’t appreciate suffering for whatever it was. I work hard for a small check too.

I ordered two Rally double cheeseburger they were hot and pretty good. Staff was nice. I think I spent $6.50. . 1_12_23 I visited to grab two Rally double cheeseburger and neither burger I received were almost cold luk warm at best. This visit was disappointing. .

Wouldn’t give a star but had to to leave a review, soooo disappointed in the quality of the food… we ordered half pound chicken box that had maybe 5 peices of chicken, a large sweet tea that was watered down to where all u taste is water. The 2 big bufords were dryer then the Sahara desert. So utterly disappointed in the food quality for paying damn near 40 dollars. Get better cooks please.
