We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I didnt even get to order. I stopped there for my lunch break, waited in the lobby for roughly 10 mins. I was looked at by 2 people, never even got a “be with you in a moment ” but someone walked in after me with a bag (they went thru the drive thru) and they immediately acknowledged her and helped her. I left. I won’t try again. That was beyond ridiculous. And I work in the service industry as well. I waited patiently and didn’t complain. I just left.

This was my first time at a Rally’s, and after reading other’s reviews, I feel like I need to advocate for them because my experience was different than what others experienced. I was kind of disappointed that I didn’t have to wait for someone to take my order, like I was expecting from reading reviews, because I wanted time to see what all my options were. The guy taking my order was patient with me, and friendly. My food was fresh, and I didn’t have a long wait for it. I understand what all the hype is when it comes to their fries, now. The food quality was what you’d expect from a fast food restaurant. I’m sure I could find something to complain about if I were looking for it, and really wanted to, but why focus on the negative when there’s already so much negativity in the world. Their food and customer service is what you expect when you order fast food.

I prefer Rally’s to McDonald’s for flavor. Unfortunately the last time I went the fries were hot but the Rally burgers that I got were cold. I didn’t go back because I was going home so I popped the burgers in the microwave. Although I shouldn’t have to do that. Service tends to be slow.

The black lady taking orders today around noon on 7/27 was really rude and unfriendly. While I was waiting inside for my food she was making bad comments about every customer that went thru the drive thru.Really bad customer service. I hope she finds a job she likes. I won’t ever go back there.

Ate here about a week ago now and they gave me my burger with no patty I called & they said to come back to get it fixed! So I go back & try to get it fixed but theres a line around the building so by the time I got to the speaker box (which i had left the frys, drink & nuggets that came with the meal @ home) the rest of my meal was cold! So I asked if I could get the whole meal remade? Then they 1st tried to tell me @ the speaker box that all they could give me was a patty!!! But I will say by the time I got to the window the Manger must have had a change of ❤️ cuz she remade the whole meal except the drink! So all I can say is it’s sure an experience eating here that’s for sure!

I used to love going too Rally’s to eat. The last few times I went there the food tasted old like it sat all day. The staff wasn’t really friendly. The manager that they had before was very nice and even to my dog.

Ordered in Uber Eats and driver advised they were out of coke. No contact from restaurant or compensation for replacement. Still get charged for meal and no drink. Called and asked and they said if I wanted different dirnk to come get it. If I could come get it the 1st time why would I order it and pay delivery charges. You should contact Uber and let them know so Uber can contact the customer and get something different. Stop ripping people off
