In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This Rallys is horrible!!! They gave us old burgers (they were actually crunchy and dried out). We simply asked for our order to be remade and they said they weren’t making anything over and that nothing was wrong with the food we received. They were rude and most nasty. I would suggest that no one ever goes here unless they like old food. Not to mention we paid $26 for this mess!!!

I ordered 2 small shakes and 2 orders of funnels fries and i wand up getting two orders of parm fries !! I go in tell the cashier bout the mistake she rolling her eyes and goes get the shift manager !! Instead of just fixing my order she gave me my money back with out trying to even fix it!!! The crew that was working Friday January 21st 2022 made my experience the best it’s ever been at any fast food drive through. Super friendly hardworking staff! The gentlemen were very friendly and funny. Food was nicely put together and delicious.

It’s ok I guess just don’t go around 5,6,7oclock because they don’t take orders go earlier because who’s ever on that shift is to lazy to work the window and she will lie and say her machine is down to get you out her line to get out of work so go earlier because they are absolutely wonderful and not lazy like the girl on second shift
