In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The chicken sandwiches were burnt and not edible at all this is the second time this has happened and I paid $22.21 this is unacceptable. I keep reading all of these reviews, and we get response contact us here so we can figure out what to do better. Get better staff, every time I have gone up there no one is ever doing any work, as anyone can see there is a high turnover rate of employees, new management who will run the place like it should be ran would increase profits and customer service.

TERRIBLE! I went through the drive thru on Monday about 1pm. It wasn’t busy and I was the second inline. I ordered Pibb Xtra with the combo and was told at the window (not the speaker) they were out. No big deal I got an unsweet tea. I was told to pull around to wait. Waited 20 minutes after I ordered and went to check on my order of fry seasoned chicken tenders and told it was coming out soon. Finally got my food and fries tasted good but were not hot. Chicken tenders did not have any flavor and over done. No napkins in the bag! Avoid this place!! So sad Rallys used to be good.

While I like the idea of automated order taking, the AI is not very intelligent. Every other time we go they’re out of slushie flavors or cup sizes. Occasionally they have been cash only which is not convenient yet the system keeps breaking.

Order Door Dash from this place at your own risk. It is a true gamble if you are going get all your food and if the food will even be ateable. They forgot my son’s meal and @doordash would not compasate for the mistake. You would have better luck just putting money out on a fishing pole and hoping a fish bites than getting what you pay for.

Very nice personnel, but cheese sticks tasted like they were cooked in week old grease. Also l just wanted a cheeseburger and asked what was on them. I was told cheese, pickles ketchup and mustard. The burgers I got had lettuce, tomato and onion also. I like lettuce and tomato, but HATE onion. Not a good experience and won’t be back.

The least surprising fast food review ever. However, for $34 I’d expect a little better everything. The burgers and fries were cold, they didn’t give us ketchup for the kids chicken tenders, they didn’t have sweet tea, and they didn’t include the requested sweetener for the unsweetened tea. I’m not sure why we had to pull around and wait for because our order was incomplete and cold. Disappointing. Poor service and food. Avoid. I won’t be back.
