As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Picked a time during the week when only 1 car was in line, so not busy at all. Placed a simple order for 3 people the car in front of us pulls away from the window. We get our drinks and are asked to pull around to park. Next we wait and then watch as the same employee goes from car to car, starting with ours each time asking if this is or order… never is. FINALLY 30 minutes and more than a dozen wrong orders passing by and asking we get or order. Fries, hot taste great.. burgers, cold, disgusting none of us finished any of the 3, drinks were empty before the meal appeared. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Rally’s and my first at Murray. Typically I have to be a driving past E-town to stop at one. Try at your own risk.

I went to Rallys for dinner and came back to my dorm and open my bag and saw that there was a lit black and mild inside my bag so then I go to Rallys and I calmly tell them about the situation and ask for a refund of my order to be remade and they give me a refund, but they say they can’t remake my order at a courtesy you would think they would just do both but no the lady was terribly rude and the health department needs to shut them down. She proceeded to show me her cigarettes that she lays on the cash register and says that they usually keep their black and milds where we receive our food Let alone you’re not even supposed to smoke outside on the patio which they do. They need to be shut down and she needs to be fired. I did report this to corporate and I hope this gets further investigated.

It was both my boyfriend’s and my first time. First thing my boyfriend notice was the worker was rude (based of his tone of voice) While we we’re waiting for our order a customer that drove up and they still got their food before us. The presentation was pretty bad (even tho the burger was messy the taste was really good), his burger was not put together centered off the button bun and you could tell it was just slapped together witch is ridiculous considering We we’re waiting for over 25 minutes for 2 burger meals. The fries weren’t bad. I actually enjoyed them however, my boyfriend said his were a soft, not crispy and oily.

Love the evening crew. The food is fresh. It is a wait if you order like chicken strips but that’s because they cook to order and are definitely worth the wait. The food is really good. I am picking as most of you know from previous reviews. I would recommend Rallys in Murray Ky to everyone.

My wife and I eat here often because it is delicious, and we’re addicted to the fries. However we get pulled forward every time we go, no matter if we order chicken or beef. Will still be eating there in the future.
