Small parking lot but only minimal outdoor seating. Two drive-thru lanes available and service was FAST! I ordered a RallyBurger and from the time I started my order to the time I was pulling out it was less than 90 seconds. My burger was made fresh and just the way I ordered it. The young man at the window was pleasant and friendly. I didn’t care for the robot ordering system but that’s 2023 I guess.

Walked to the window. Ordered my food. Took my milkshake to the car. While walking back. Woman opened window and throw my food on the stand and slammed the window back. There’s no call for the way she treated me. They wasn’t even busy. Be my last visit there!!!!!! . Everyone’s food should be handed to them. Not thrown outside on a Window ledge!!!!

Food was mediocre. It came out fast but definitely small servings. The few tables they had were dirty. But the lady working there took the cake! My son found 12 cents in the parking lot. She sticks her head out the window and told my young son that he is stealing money from them. He was picking up money that no one else would bother picking up! 12 cents! She clearly needs to do more productive things at work, like perhaps wash tables or zip her pants up! Unprofessional and ignorant customer service. My son gave the 12 cents back. I hope she was happy she saved the day for Rally’s because she guilted my son.

Chicken was horrible, see the photo attached!! It was no doubt old and then reheated or refried back up. Fries were ice cold and the other two meals I ordered were old . I had to throw my food away. Money wasted , lesson learned!

German Chocolate
I have no complaints here since the food was hot and fresh. This Rally’s is located within walking distance of the Pilot truck stop.

Dump Truck
Boneless wings are good but no fork, or napkins. And dang $2.99 for a large fry and only got half a box! This is definitely not a $15 meal!

If I could give a zero I would. I found a plastic band, looked like a from braces, in my burger and told them about very nicely at first, then they began to accuse me of planting it…I’m 55. My days of wearing braces are done…they gave me 2.62 cents for the burger. I guess I’m supposed to feel good about the cleanliness of the fries. Check your food if you go here or better yet stay away
