As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Used to love swinging by the local Rally’s locations until roughly over a year ago. Dating back to May 2022, this location along with all other locations in the surrounding Hampton Roads has opted out of 6 limited time promotions, accounting for the majority of promotions that the brand has released in the past year. As a Foodie that does reviews on various platforms, I have found myself frustrated and would like to have a meaningful conversation with whoever is preventing limited time promotions at these local locations. Will be posting this review for all locations in Hampton Roads as it equally applies.

I enjoy this location. For the most part, they are on it. They did mess up my drink order, but I can live with that. It is the only time it happened since I started going there. Do not sleep on their spicy chicken sandwich. It has become one of my favorite bargain sandwiches.

I don’t know why but I found out through all the fast food chains they’re not serving lettuce tomato or onions like they were I’m sorry I buy a burger I went with the works if I can’t get it to work cuz it’s no good so this is why I’m giving the rating but they can offer tomato lettuce tomato and the works but they’re not for some reason if they say a shortage no excuse only conditions the burger is not worth the money they’re asking for

The worst ever experience. Each car in the drive through had to wait for 10min for their food. I waited a total of 50 minutes in the drive thru. They didnt appear to start making the food until i paid at the window.

A horrible experience. Ordered a burger, the bread was stale and there was hardly any toppings on it. And the customer service at the drive through window was not a pleasant experience either. I used to love this place, but I will NEVER eat there again. Sonic here I come!
