Customer service was outstanding, even going as far as recommending items for me to try as a 1st timer. The food just wasn’t it for me though. I had the chicken sandwich combo, fries were very salty chicken was bland & the canes sauce taste like mayo lots of mayo. The sweet tea is great I recommend getting it with as less ice as possible though. Friendly smiles all around

I love their food & location. I had their food out of town a year ago. I couldn’t wait till there open up. Their Tea is good & Sweet. You just got to go there. You wouldn’t regret. It’s on Watt Ave across from Win Co store. If you live here or visiting.

Food came out nice and hot! I like that they actually vent their bags the food goes in. Smart!

I don’t know if it hit or miss with this location or the negative reviews are just disgruntled customers because I visited this location on 2 occasions once later in the night close to midnight and another time during the daylight hours and on both visits chicken was fresh and cooked properly. Fries were ok, they were hot and fresh but I’m just not a fan of the Crinkle cut. Overall it was a good experience and the food tasted pretty good and I would go back again.

Just ate here today, went through the drive through it was very good. Everything was cooked to perfection no complaints. Big ups to Mary that delivered our food so rapidly to my car and figured out why the line wasn’t moving and got us going. Thank you so much again Mary you are awesome.

I went in and waited about 20 minutes. I watched several other people, who ordered several people after,I did, get their food way before I received mine. It’s not like they have a huge menu, it’s basically chicken. Also,I watched half my order, sit on a counter, boxed up, getting cold, while the other meal was taking awhile, for whatever reason. Then they charged me for 2 extra sauces but didn’t feel the need to give them to me in my order. Thankfully, I’ve learned my lesson and check my order before leaving. I’m not sure why several people were receiving their orders after ordering long after I did. And then, I’m not sure why half my order was boxed,on a counter to get cold, before the rest of my order was ready.

Overall, canes is a little overrated and doesn’t deserve all the hype. The sauce was definitely amazing, same with the fries and toast. However, the chicken was mediocre. The line did move quick, service was nice and we got our food quick.

The service was average. Not unsatisfying nor impressive. The chicken strips were tender, flavor was good. My only complaint is they don’t have barbecue sauce. Honey mustard and Cane’s sauce only. I ordered drive-through to go and once I got home I busted out my spicy sweet baby rays.

Good chicken and great prices. The colonel still has the flavor win for the coating, but this is really good chicken. The prices are way better than any other chicken place out there. Not entirely sure why there’s always a line halfway to the moon, but I’d definitely go there again.

Went to Raising Cane’s first time and can honestly say don’t get all the hype. Drive through line (two of them) went fast but not that busy. Very clean being new restaurant, corner Watt and El Camino. Ordered three piece chicken fingers with fries and toast coming to just shy $10. The chicken was crispy but fairly bland. Only two of the three strips full size – whatever that means. A good 6.0 to 6.5 inches long but other one was stunted at about 4.5 inches. Thus felt bit cheated being over-priced to begin with. French fries mediocre bland but small portion of chicken ruined initial experience. Toast quite good, no slaw or drink as declined both. Overall not impressed, won’t be back. Better to go short distance over to In-N-Out Burger for TWO Double-Double at just total dollar more for way more delicious, hardy lunch time food.
