My first time going, I walked in. They do have a drive thru. Was a little crowded by the door, but the young lady at the front (4/2/2023) 4-5 pm. Got that order done fast. Was in and out pretty fast. Food was fresh and hot. Sauce reminds me of A1 sauce and ketchup. It’s delicious with the chicken. Grabbed an 8 piece. Sweet tea was so good. Will for sure come back.

I don’t have any experience with Cane’s outside of this location, but I don’t see how it can get much better. ♀️ The food is great, and I feel like they are conscious of keeping enough staff on at all times to meet demands. So it keeps it moving fairly fast. *Ignore the excessive sauce, I didn’t know how much came with it so I said “3 total” but I now know that it comes with 2 because I got 5. Lol.

My wife and I will come here usually at night to get either a late night snack or a drink. I’ve only had one rude experience with one employee but other then that we never have any issues with this location. our orders are usually on point and made very fresh. I can’t count how many times I’ve burned my mouth on their freshly made tenders. If you’re in the area, and are in the mood or even looking to try their famous chicken, I’d defiantly stop here. the crew will do fun things to interact with the customers sometimes as well.

Where to begin. Ordered through the app so we could just grab it and go. The idiots working there were so disorganized that they had no idea what to do and charged us for it even though I paid through the app. Great whatever, just wanted out of there. Then there’s the food. Tiny little portions and the most tasteless/flavorless food I’ve ever had. No flavor. At all. Just plain blah chicken and plain tasteless fries. Not good and definitely nothing worth returning for. I don’t get the reviews saying how this place is the best. A literal dot of coleslaw? I think it equaled 2 small bites. Not only do I not recommend this place,.. I actually recommend you avoid it like the plague. If you’re determined to give it a try, order the kids meal so you don’t waste too much of your money. I wish I’d read the other 1star reviews before wasting mine.

Be careful, I went one time and asked for an extra canes sauce. When I got home I seen they gave me a white clear thick kind of sauce, I had no clue what it was. It had no scent I didn’t even want to taste it, so I threw it away. When I went again, I asked what sauce was that because I’d never seen it in any fast food or restaurant. the girl working there was so rude. She replied with big attitude “well that’s weird because we don’t serve that sauce” and walked away without me having anytime to reply. I love eating at this place, even though I always pay for extra sauces I never receive. But the customer service is ruining it.
