Last year, the site of the Zen Buffet in Monrovia on Huntington Dr. was bulldozed and I was wondering what are they going to build here. Then a few months ago I saw a sign of Raising Cane’s on this newly built building. I had no idea what the restaurant is about.

This location is newly opened. They did a great job with the parking and signage. I Love the misters in the drive through. We ordered and the line didn’t take that long. The food was hot and delicious A little disappointed in the soda. It was flat, so we got unsweetened iced tea. Normally we don’t get soda but the canes in in Azusa has the best soda I think they used filtered water, which really makes a difference The food is good The service was great. 10 out of 10 totally recommend we got the cainiac box and we shared it. The chicken was fresh and crispy. Need a little bit of salt. The fries were good crunchy piping hot and the bread was nice and crispy on the top And soft on the bottom with lots of yummy flavor. Love the Cane sauce it’s always delicious. I wish they gave you a little bit more.

I have been to this canes twice since it’s opened. I asked for the sauce on the side each time and they fail to follow instructions. My canes sauce is about 80 degrees by the time I sit down to eat it. The second time I went there was today 5/18/23 and half way through eating there was a black hair in my fries I have red hair so I know it wasn’t mine. I called them and the manager offered to make it right and give me a credit next time I go…but it almost makes me not want to eat there again because the two times I’ve been there have been a bad experience. Everyone managing food should be wearing a hair net and gloves.

Well I was an enthusiastic Raising Cane’s since I tried it at the I.E. I order the 4 piece with extra bread for my baby, she loves it. When we got home there was no bread, the coleslaw was dripping into the salad and to top it off the 4th chciken strip was a nugget. I called to let them know and they said you can come in to talk to the manager. I told them I had the baby the whole point of going drive tru was not to get her down. Then they said anything else, no and hang up. So much for customer service on something I paid for…disappointed

The food here is good. First time coming to one of these locations and to be honest it was really good. Service was great and I’m not a huge fried chicken fan but this was really good! I would rate my experience a 10/10. I probably will come here more!

We just recently discovered Cane’s and what a discovery! The chicken fingers are fresh and hot, the fries are good, staff is friendly and helpful, and there’s plenty of parking! Since I try to stay away from beef and pork I absolutely recommend this restaurant for like-minded people!
