never in my life have i been so disappointed by canes. we picked up food here not even 30 minutes ago and got home to eat, but the fries aren’t cooked and the chicken is just ok. it tastes like the fries were just taken out of the freezer and prepared in the microwave.

Came through the drive thru and ordered a big meal of 25 tenders and a big pan fries. I had asked if I could purchase two sweet teas in the post Malone cups and was told no. Cause I needed to post up? What? I said please I will buy them at full price. Got told sorry I just work here you have to buy combo meals. So I asked for the manager, shift manager tells me the same but said she would ask her general manager, come back and says sorry can’t do it so I ask for their name and their store number. Mind you we are in drive thru 104 degrees outside over 20 minutes. I even mentioned how hot it was. The shift manager comes back and says ok we can get the cups what would we like to drink again, sweet tea. Thought great, finally then moments later she says I can sell you the cups but no drinks. Seriously what is wrong with picture? I asked several times I would pay full price and for your employees to deny us drinks like this is shameful. I will not come back to this canes. Obviously canes does not care.

Well I guess paying for 13.61 for 4 pieces of chicken fingers and a small drink doesn’t get u any sauce. Period. I ask for one sauce for 4 tenders… Got it but at an extra cost.. .39 how much more gauging can one take.. it’s the principal. Understand if I ask for several. But one? Not crazy about your Chicken anyways, was in a hurry and Bam!.. look up … it’s Cane’s. Believe me when I say I will do without and drive to golden chicken:) better food. Better prices.. and sauces come with food including gravy:) done. U lost a once in awhile customer.

It’s nice to see a company care about the community. And it’s great when they support there town. Even better when they support a college! Go Mean Green!!! Great food! Great service! I’ve had just about everything on the menus. My favorite is the sandwich, and then I drown the fries with hot sauce and ketchup. And to wash it down with a root beer. Tell the manager and the staff what you think of the service! I think Raising Cane’s is top notch on food and service…. Thanks for what…and how you do it!

The food here is too expensive, but the quality is horrible. The cost does not justify the poor quality of chicken/fries and a single piece of toasted bread…you could get the same combo at a better quality/cheaper at DQ
