I don’t like writing negative reviews but this makes 5 times in a row my orders have been wrong. I’m shorted on chicken fingers, I pay for extra sauces and don’t get them, I ask for extra fries and no slaw and I get slaw and less fries than normal. It has happened every time I’ve gone. It’s too much to turn around and go back and if we are honest, would it make a difference?

The restaurant was filthy. Only about three tables had customers but the bar and every vacant table had food on it from where people ate. The drink station was nasty, there was ketchup everywhere. The restrooms were horrible, they looked like something you’d see in a run down gas station. The guy on the register needs to learn how to speak. Someone should tell him when someone hands you money a conducts a transaction you should acknowledge them. Not just look at them like a mime. 5-14-23

Waited in line for 30Minutes in the 1st Row. People kept getting talked to on the second intercom and passing me in line. Five cars past and the employees finally came out to fix the lines. I told the employees the situation and the employee proceeded to ignore me and let 5 more cars go by. I told them please let me out of line I do not want to give you my service. The manager screamed at me thank you come again very rude when I was leaving because I didn’t want to give them my service and wanted to get out of line. Awful service awful employees and this is not the first bad experience at this canes. The canes in Alexandria is 1000x better even the food is better. I have never had such a bad experience at a food service chain especially after waiting for almost a hour and still treated as if I’m expected to give my service. They treated me like I’m a bad guy for not wanting to eat at this chain after treating me bad during the experience.

Never had Cane’s until I moved to Louisiana. Pretty good! But the way the staff greet you on the intercom is the highlight – they are hilarious! I love to heard the silly, catchy phrases they say! Perfect add to the experience!
