I have been to several cane’s in the local area. This one was disappointing.

How dare you RAISE PRISES & REDUCE SERVINGS. How is it your prices are higher than ever, and your chicken is made so small. Literally child sized. SHAME

I love raising canes. I’ve been all over and the foods always good. The service here was really subpar. The drive thru worker had headphones in. He couldn’t wait to get rid of us. I asked for more than two napkins and he looked at me like I had a spaceship on my head. Do better canes

The chicken fingers seemed about 30% shorter than usual. I hope this isn’t the new way forward.

Ordered for in store aka, for here, was given to go containers, manager said they ran out of platter trays, then proceeded to hand out multiple platter trays directly after our order. Definitely not coming to this location again. Big fan of the franchise, but poor service can lead to shopping around.

The girl in the drive-thru that took our order was nice. (African American)

Slaw was old. Fries were cold. Tenders were small and one was all crackling. $13 meal right in the trash. Glad I didn’t show up there to feed my son.

The restaurant is usually is good condition. Sometimes they do get busy and attention to detail can suffer. The customer service is always friendly. The bathroom was clean. The chicken is made to order and served fresh. They only have the 2 sauces, but they are made in house.

BEST CHICKEN. The staff is inviting and easy to talk to. Everyone seems to like their job and work well as a team, but sometimes they get too comfortable and forget to throw out the coleslaw cuz idk who’s ordering it. Neither my girlfriend or I ordered a Caniac w/o subbing out the coleslaw. The employee who took our order was new, but that doesn’t matter. It’s a waste of time having slaw as a default item, and while its known workers can do nothing about it. Making workers have to sub out for bread all day and night is ridiculous. Not to mention the amount of cole slaw being wasted. C’mon Canes, this is happening everywhere at all your locations. The Cole slaw is great, but when I’m seeing memes about the exact thing mentioned, only a Google search away, SOMEONE should’ve noticed the scale of this by now.

Fast food service can’t always be great. If you’ve worked in the food industry then you know how depressing it can be. I don’t mind that the cashier seemed a little impolite. Food was served quickly. Tasted good. Inside was very clean. Better than the one in St Peters
