The food was great. The decor doesn’t match with what they are as a brand, very mix of different things. Music went up extremely loud all of a sudden and it was so bad that we have to stand up and ask the manager to put it down and everyone felt a bit odd.

Walked in with a group of friends and as soon as we opened the door, I heard a staff either it was the cashier or one behind the counter says “really? There’s 6 of them?” in a snarky tone, very disappointed with the attitude but the food was still good. Unacceptable comment for someone to say to customers… very disappointing

I hardly ever come to canes. I’m 20-25 mins from the nearest one (Batavia). I’ll treat myself to it if I’m in the area. Which is not often. Their food is mid but their saving grace is the canes sauce as many have mentioned. So tell me why the last 8 times I’ve come (literally been counting since it’s a rarity I go) I’ve paid for extra sauce and haven’t got it, every single time. With the sauce making their meals, I don’t even finish eating after the one and only sauce runs out. Genuinely EIGHT times. Assuming they just don’t pay attention to notes, assembling their box meals to send them out to keep it moving. Sounds ridiculous complaining about this but again, foods pretty below average and the sauce is literally the only thing that brings me to go here.
