We arrived at a good time (before 5 pm). Shortly after, more people arrived to place orders. When we got there and when we received our orders, the cashier was very personable. I hope she doesn’t lose that upbeat attitude; food service can get pretty demanding and harsh.

This was an amazing experience with tender and juicy breast meat chicken tenders and super and amazing service and tasty sweet tea. This is something not to miss and it’s much better than other chicken tender places you could go. The service is excellent and fast and efficient and it’s a great place to visit easily more than once. Is it perfect? No. But it has room to grow and I’ll be going back again for sure. The quality is 100% on the food and it’s a clean place and with clean bathrooms and just overall five stars

If you actually like that other chicken place, Cane’s may not be for you. The menu is limited, but quality over quantity? I think the sauce is amazing. The rest is good, but without it, I’d never come here. We split a Caniac to reduce cost.

Sara took our order and she was so nice! Service was quick and all the employees were kind and helpful. We also didn’t realize the lemonade was extra but Sara gave us each a lemonade this time. Thank you for being sweet! We will gladly pay extra for lemonade next time 🙂

Overall, Cane’s is overrated. Pro: Chicken is fresh out of the fryer and very good when eaten at the restaurant. Con: Their Styrofoam packaging destroys the quality of the meal when ordered to-go by trapping so much steam from the fresh chicken that the condensation turns everything soggy, especially the fries and Texas toast (both of which are just okay even without the sogginess.)

It costs a little more than most fast food but was worth it. The sandwich was excellent and my son loved the chicken strips. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for chicken strips. Good lemonade too.

Clean restaurant but when you come inside immediately from door, girl will scream how much people is coming inside, which is kind of strange.Service was really nice, friendly and helpful. Food was just okay.

I went on opening day and I’ve been back on a regular basis ever since. The staff is wonderful and the customer service they provide is top of the line and we never had any problems. One night the lines where quite long and the manger herself so to it that we got our order fresh because of the long lines that night. We will definitely continue to eat at canes!!

Overrated and logistically speaking a nightmare. They had to put up custom signs all over the place to get people to go the correct way. They had to have bollards installed so you couldn’t turn left to get to Collins and the frontage road it’s on is a dead end now. The overflow parking looks temporary and ends in dirt… It’s a lot going on in a relatively small area and busy because it’s new. The entrance & exits will make you feel claustrophobic even though you’re outside. Oh and the guy driving the truck out front was a total D-bag, honking like a crazy person at traffic in front of him just to park blocking their main entrance ‍♀️.
