At first when I ate, the chicken sandwich combo was great- until after a couple bites I saw the nauseating image of a dead fly. It was expected as the whole restaurant was manifested with flies. The manager was nice and cooperative, which is why I didn’t fully rate this a one star rating.

I am giving this place a three star rating only because of cleanliness of the restaurant. The food was very good. I will return because I like Cane’s Chicken and this is the only location close enough. The problems were the tables were greasing and the trash over flowing from the trash cans inside. When I see a restaurant that neglects the dining area, I can only wonder about the kitchen cleanliness and employee’s hygiene. This is a management issue and hopefully the problem is addressed.

Chicken fingers were good but fries and coleslaw had no taste. Fries were gooey, not crispy at all. Customers service was very poor.

Waited a long time for Raising Cane’s to open a location where I could easily try after hearing so many good things about the chicken. Took awhile after they opened for me to not drive by and see a long line, but I finally drove through a few weeks ago and I’ve been back 3 times since then!

Decided to stop by for lunch. 1st time customer so we walked in to get a better idea of the menu. Ordered some chicken fingers, fries and a sweet tea. All of which were fantastic. I was worried that the chicken might be a bit wet but everything was cooked perfectly. Chicken has kind of a panko type breading on it. Food came out in about 7 minutes and considering that placed was packed, I’d say the crew did a great job.

First time coming to Raising Canes and they completely forgot my daughters fries but gave her extra bread lol. But overall the chicken tenders were good! Definitely not Chic Fil A

I travel alot and I have NEVER seen a Canes out-of-sorts EVER. This place has fallen apart tonight. It’s 11:15pm on a Friday night and although they’re open for another 45 minutes, they’re already breaking down their stations and cleaning up. I expect this from other places, but this is an absolute first for me seeing this at a Raisin Canes. The wait time is 30+ minutes ‍ . Yikes !!!

Was excited to try for the first time came in Monday extremely busy seemed well staffed. Ordered dining in. Ordered, got my pop and sat at a table and waited for my name to be called ( all the tables were dirty, no problem extremely busy I wiped my table off) thought I heard my name called so I went to the counter. 2 carry out bags sat there. Mine order was 2 sandwich combos for dine in so I was looking for 2 meals on plates as I saw everyone else in the store had. Apparently one of the bag’s that were sitting was mine. Got back to the table opened the carry out boxes and the fries were lukewarm and soggy and the lettuce on the sandwich’s were old and slimy. Took the meals to the counter asked if they could be remade. The employee rolled her eyes and said just a minute and walked away. Came back and said it will be a few minutes I said no problem. Then she said we have a lot of orders ahead of you. I said what do you mean. She then said you’re going to have to wait until we get the other orders out and said I’ll get the manager. Manager came over I explained cold fries and bad lettuce. She said that was the last of the lettuce they had. I said fine I’ll be fine with 2 new meals without lettuce. Then she said very combative that what happens when you put hot chicken on top of lettuce. I have worked in food service all my life yes lettuce wilts whenever hot food comes in contact but this was bad. Clearly it was the last of it and never should have been served this was not just wilted but slimy. Manager then said it would be a while. I was by then disappointed in the lack of the staff and management to make my first experience with Raising Cane’s a good one. I asked for a refund.

Finally! It’s so nice to have one in this part of the state and I’m sure that others are on the way. Even though this place is getting hammered with people the service is very fast at least when you go inside. There’s no way I’m going to deal with the drive-thru line right now. My food is always fresh hot and delicious there’s never anything missing and I kind of want some right now.

Food was pretty good with decent portions. The bread was so soft and the sauce was delicious! Lemonade was a bit watered down for my liking. It was so incredibly loud inside the restaurant. We had to eat outside because we couldn’t hear each other to have a conversation.
