I’ve been looking forward to Raising Cane’s opening here because I’d heard so much buzz about how good the chicken is (and the sauce.) After trying for the first time I thought it was as good as advertised!

With all of hype, I had to try it. Got a simple 3 piece combo and it was pretty good! The chicken was flavorful, juicey, and hot. The fries were average. The sauce was decent and that’s what adds flavor to the meal. I’d recommend to the average chicken eater. Got the Post Malone cup too, I’m a big fan.

Let’s just say, the hype was just that, ONLY hype. We went Friday night and the drive through line was long, opted to eat inside. Customer service was great, ordered quickly, and received our food promptly. There’s a limited menu, so it didn’t take long to order. I ordered the Three chicken strips combo w/Sweet Tea (Popping) and my husband ordered the Chicken sandwich w/ lemonade ( ). The chicken was bland, no seasoning no flavor, it was juicy just lacked flavor, the Cane sauce was nasty, I’m not sure why people are ranting & raving about this sauce and the coleslaw let’s just say, leave it off the order plz. I was so looking forward to trying Raising Cane’s the best part of our visit was the Sweet Tea and Lemonade, sad to say we want be racing back.

The customer service was excellent. The food presentation is very appealing. The bread was certainly worthy of a revisit (great garlic bread). The tenders lacked seasoning. The sauce helps, but if you just want tenders, don’t expect a lot of flavor. As for the Coleslaw, it simply wasn’t memorable.

Was there for the Grand Opening on 03/23/2023 @6:30pm. Unsure what the wait time for the drivethru was but I was not wanting to wait with my car running. So I’ve decided to park my car and in line outside, THANK GOD there was a Live DJ to entertain us and keep the mood happy and entertained they definitely got kudos for that. Waited almost an hour to before I’ve ordered and the food didn’t take long to come out as well. We dined in and it was a great experience from start to finish. Corporate Crew was present and brought the experience better talking to everyone. Staffing was great for it to be a Grand Opening it was handled it very real. Environment and atmosphere is very vibrant, it gave me “in my backyard chilling and talking it up vibes.” I was so impatient I didn’t want to wait for my food to cool down and burnt my lip and tongue from the food being fresh out. Dine in experience was great for me, unsure about the drivethru and how the food would come out. Here are our pictures.

Really enjoyed the food. The crinkle cut fries were some of the best I’ve had from a fast food restaurant. The chicken was really good too. The combos are a little pricey if you’re looking to save money. All in all, I had a really nice experience and the food was pretty good.

I went here for Grand Opening and Cane’s delivered! Chicken quality is on another level and their secret sauce will have you guessing, it’s so good. It took me 50 minutes to get my food by drive thru, but again, Grand Opening prime time. But overall, the service was amazing with all employees working diligently and happily for their customers. So glad Cane’s is in the area!

I missed having Cane’s in Nashville after living in Dallas. The food quality is great but it is definitely more expensive than a few years ago. This location is new so there was a line out through the door but it went quickly enough. Service is great and the store is clean and fun like Texas locations. For those who don’t know, they have hot sauce packets that taste great with the tenders so give them a try next time!

As the ratings go, 3 stars because it was ok. I went twice before writing this review. The first time I went I ordered the Caniac. The second time I ordered the 4 pieces box. The first visit had better fried chicken fingers. The second visit, not so much. The crust was soggy and coming off.
