I live close to this location and I was really looking forward to trying their food. I was very pleased with their food. I got the Box Combo and The sandwich combo. The chicken was perfectly cooked, not too much breading, all white meat and the bun on the sandwich so soft and a subtle sweet taste. The sauce was a good sidekick. If it was up to me, I would like to see more sauces! I would recommend trying it. Hopefully they focus on consistency so everyone can have the same experience.

Place is fairly new, so it was constantly busy. It has a double drive-thru which was interesting to see. We sat inside. We ordered 4 boxes with one of them being to go. We waited maybe like 2 minutes and our named was called up that our food was ready. The chicken was hot and fresh along with the fries. Coleslaw was good and the toast. Customer service was great. Everyone had a smile on their face and were eager to help all the guests. The only thing I would say is a negative is the lobby is way too small. Instead of outdoor dining they should have just extended the lobby. It was rather uncomfortable trying to eat your food with customers standing in line next to your table and at times we felt trapped like we couldn’t get up and get a refill or use the restroom cause there were people just standing in line waiting.

Newly opened. First time eating at Canes. I wanted to see what the hype was all about because the car line was wrapped around the parking lot (not building but parking lot). So I placed my order. 3 tenders, fries, toast, and drink with canes sauce with an extra on side. I am guessing because they newly opened the mobile app to pick up in drive through was not available. They had workers outside taking orders and making sure the order matches your name. Everyone was very friendly and fast.

The service was excellent. The drive thru mirror imaged that of Chic-Fila. The food was fresh but was tasteless. The breading was not seasoned. I was expecting some flavor on my chicken strip sandwich and the chicken strips my daughter ordered, but it was bland, with the exception of the small amount of sauce that it came with. The Arnold Palmers were good, and they had good-sized ice cubes in their drinks.

Heard a lot about this place. From friends out state ect ect. The reviews from them were they are okay. And that pretty much that is it. Staff was nice. The tenders were kind of small but were hot if you eat them there. By time I got home 2 miles away luke warm. Next time will eat them there… And hope a for bigger toast. All this for $10.48 Also wasn’t big fan of the fries

The takeout line was quick and efficient, the food was good, but they have left out my extra sauce a few times, which they charge you for. If you have customers pay for sauce as an extra make sure it’s included in their order.

I was so excited to try this place because it always looks busy. But my grandson tried it and he thought it was okay. I thought the tenders were super tender and soft. I like them, but it was all the hype. I will still comeback again.
