It’s been a long time coming for this location and I’m so glad it’s finally here! The dining room is very nice and big with plenty of seating. The staff were very friendly, my order came out very quick, and of course the food was fresh and delicious! So very happy to have such an amazing Raising Cane’s location much closer to home now.

TLDR: I wanted to try raising canes for the first time as I’ve heard a lot about it in the past years. To be completely frank the food is just okay. I would say do yourself a favor and just go to Zaxby. The best thing was probably the raising canes sauce but it’s similar to Zax sauce so you’re not missing out on much. 2 stars for the food and I added an extra star because of the good customer service. (Lines moved fast & employees were helpful)

Oh my!! Cane’s exceeded my expectations! The chicken was fresh..crispy on the outside and succulent and moist inside. The crinkle fries were especially tasty as was the buttered Texas toast. I thought their sweet tea was perfectly sweetened and I appreciated the fresh lemon slices. Make sure you try the Cane’s sauce!

Not sure what all the fuss is about. Is this chicken better than any other chicken place? No. This particular location is recently open, so still trying to figure out service. 5,000 employees plus trainers, etc. Went yesterday to meet someone for lunch at their suggestion. I didn’t leave with the feeling that I had to get back anytime soon. Nothing compelling about the experience. Not bad, not great.

The new restaurant seems nice, the service is quick. This is my first time having Raising canes and it’s very underwhelming. The fries were absolutely terrible. I’m disappointed but the chicken was decent.

Chicken is good. Fries were barely warm and the music is way, way too loud. Turn it down. You can’t even talk to each other. For that reason alone, I won’t go back.

Visited this location the other day. While Entering the drive-thru I was unable to see the ordering menu screen so I asked the lady who was taking orders if they had a plastic or paper menu that she could give me so that I could see what combos, etc raising canes had to offer And she stated that they were out of them. So once I was able to drive up to the actual ordering screen to see the menu before I could really even finish placing the order another employee “A young boy with box braids and little shorts” rudely came up to the lady taking my order and told her she needed to move my car up so that the other cars can pull up? If your customers are going to be rushed at the ordering screen then your restaurant may want to provide more menus to the customers that are in the car waiting so that we can have more of an idea on what to order ahead of time! Other than that the chicken was good and the fries were okay.
