Came in for dinner and had a decent experience. Service was a little slow but there was a lot of people so I guess it made sense. Food was overpriced for what it was. The only good thing about rainforest cafe is the environment. It is so immersive and fun which is the whole appeal of the restaurant. Would only really come again to experience the environment again not so much for the food

The food was unflavored and cold by the time my family and I got it. The portin size was small. The price for the food was too much for the quality. There was hardly anyone there, and the service wasn’t great. The only good thing about this restaurant was the atmosphere.

It probably wasn’t my service fault. I’m not really sure. Probably management. I left specific instructions that it was my 58th birthday and I was celebrating. No one sang happy birthday, but when I got there they were singing to someone. So why didn’t they sing to me because they didn’t read their notes and didn’t care. I was offended. I’m over it now. In the future I’ll make sure the business understands the occasion. Thank you

The atmosphere in rainforest cafe is amazing. The whole family enjoyed our time here with all the sights and sounds. Menu is similar to like tgi Fridays. Food was decent and the drinks were good, prices were just a little high. Overall it was a good experience.

We waited 15 minutes before I had to stop a manager to ask who are server was and when they’d be by to greet us and ask us for pur drinks. Annisa was the manager I so happened to stop and let her know we have yet to be welcomed. She had no answer on who our server was. NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER did our server come to claim our table. She helped take our drink and food order, Germain helped take over to wait our table. Food was good, I will give them that. Service though, I can’t even give but one star. And that goes to the Manager Annisa and Germain, the waiter to come to the rescue. They did give us free hush dessert, cheesecake for my hubby’s bday dessert. And also a key lime pie to go. All in all it turned out OK. We did wait 25 minutes to be seated, our mistake for not making a reservation. But it was spur of the moment and we were in the are conducting other business. We were very hungry. We will definitely make reservations next time.
