We really enjoyed our time here. The atmosphere was awesome and our waiter was absolutely amazing. He was super nice and attentive. I got the fajitas and it was pretty delicious. Overall a great time and would come back again.

It would be a great place to go to once. Food was great and big portion for one. Was sat down and waited 15 minute to get service. It was dinner and busy but there wasn’t much people near the bar side where we were seated, so I did not understand why there wasn’t anyone attending the area. The staff was nice, but the time management of getting our orders and drinks took 40 minutes. The explanation of the thunder was nice and expected, but I would say to fix the animals because they are squeaky.

Long waits at 7p on a Monday evening. Once seated server took our order and then advised several large parties so it would be longer than normal for the food to be prepared. Food arrived and was ok. Nothing special and nothing that I would want to return and have a second time. The experience is neat but the food is sub par for the cost.

We brought our son here for his first birthday because he loves nature and animals. The environment is great, but we wish service and food quality matched. We waited 30 minutes just to receive our waters which we asked for right away before placing our other drink orders, an appetizer, and entries. It was definitely not worth the price in any category other than atmosphere. We let the manager know we were disappointed on the way out only to be told she would talk to our server about being slow… We have no reason to return any time soon.

Mediocre. My Mom used to take us as kids so my sister and I thought it would be great to take our kids. We celebrated my nephews birthday & Mother’s Day. An ice cream cake was brought out- he really enjoyed that. Our waitress was really pleasant- especially to be working on Mother’s Day. The food is overpriced compared to the actual taste of the food my 3 year old was scared of the animals whenever they were moving and the sound effects of the rain and storm. I saw lots of kids who were crying and appeared scared. I would recommend toning down the sound and make the atmosphere more bright. I have eating in a dark space. However, my 6 year old and my nephew thought it was the coolest so that’s a positive ♀️ I think with a little revamping it could be an awesome place.

I was so pumped to go to the Rainforest Cafe after watching Eddie Burback’s series of visiting them all on a road trip. This location clearly maintains their space. The animatronics were in working order and had all their limbs and faces.

Called ahead and reserved yet we still had a bit of a wait. It was well worth it. Took the nephew out for an afternoon date and he loved this place. It’s a great fun place for children yet the food and drinks were amazing. My server was fun and knowledgeable. My only issue is the food took 30+ minutes after ordering. Plus the food came out wrong. How do you screw up pizza?

My recent visit to the Rainforest Café at Mall of America in Bloomington left much to be desired. The most glaring issue was the excessively long wait time of over two hours – a delay that was far from justified by the experience that followed.
